Question

I need to get copies of all my SOC's and decisions. I mean all since the first in the 1990's up until now. Can I go the VA website, go to my account, and download them, are they al available for download?

was Deers, or My VA, or whatever, it's now called.

Thank you!

I need all these documents to help get someone the document so they can see and help me with what I have with the VA. I find al my files a mess to go through and I feel my files may not be complete.

btw, I posted this in the appeals section because I am in appeals.

Not in appeals, since I got 100%, and some of it was winning an 1151 negligence, which the VA turns out does not give ful benefits if you win 1151 negligence they squirm and legal loophhole you and your family out of many benefits, really crapp nasty bunch running the va benefits, they wil backstab and scre wyou even if you win you lose. Maybe a Non-scheduler IU is in your future. Have you requested a copy of your C-File? Could take up to a year to get. File a FOIA request ASAP, sooner rather than later.

Go to the VA Medical records dept at your local VA Med Center. Request "ALL" current and past Records.

I would request an expedite of your C-File like PR Mention.

Also as Gastone mention go to your VAMC records Dept and request all your medical records back to 1990's you may be ask to go to a specific year, and sign for them, sometimes they copy them right then and some times they send them to you in Mail.

Good Luck

opps correction,

I don't think your SOC or any decision records will be at your VAMC??

Call the 1-800 number ask them? or call your RO.

Sorry I thought you were meaning medical records!
