I learned not to gripe and complain about the system but instead use that energy to learn what is needed to be successful. Clear and organized documentation wins. I know a vet who rambles on and on with criticism of the VA claims process and his multiple denials, but does not lift a finger to get his VA documents organized or even try to get what evidence the VA needs.
