This is why we vets need to stay on top of everything and everyone.

I firmly believe that if you have medical documentation that you were injured while in the military and if your disability did not flare up until years after discharge and you have more medical evidence to support your claim you will win.

If RO reads all submitted medical evidence that supports your claim they have no choice but to award.

Unfortunately they don't some times.

Its always good to hi-lite in your medical reports the important things that supports your claim, ''they may read that part''

In short detail.

If the VA Raters read all your medical documentation that IS supportive of your claim

they should award your claim!
