I'm taking it easy now and enjoying the win after 20 years of fighting with this broken system!!! After the BBE comes just get away from e-bennies and the whole mess for awhile and you'll get your second wind for the next battle. rootbeer22 Posted June 22, 2015 Author Share Posted June 22, 2015 (edited) Folks: Yes,,,it's official and received all of the paperwork this weekend ("Hooooorrayyyyy!). Several things were missed but I can't complain too much because they treated me right at 80% first claim and I still have several contentions that are still sc, 0% and deferred to work now? I did some CP exams last week that may actually result in an increase in the near future? The only negative was that they (VBA) say that the American Legion VSO, (that I later removed POA away from) did not submit my informal claim? But due to the 1 year automatic retro for FDC claims, it was still good. But,, I'm not going to leave it on the table just yet. So, it looks like it's costing me 6 months of retro and I'm going to see her (the VSO) and giving her the option to fix it immediately or I'm moving it up to the American Legion Command Structure for resolution?
