HadIt.com Elder Chuck75 Posted November 14, 2015 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted November 14, 2015 Basically, you have to file an NOD. If you can prove that any of the decisions reach the level of CUE, that should also be dealt with.Any military service regardless of where, is the general requirement. It may be that they did not have evidence of, or ignored periods or places of servicethat may have qualified you for specific problems or eligibility. HadIt.com Elder john999 Posted November 21, 2015 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted November 21, 2015 You can appeal the denial of Chapter 35. I did as soon as I got TDIU. Within a year I got P&T.
TALON II FE
That is what I will probably do. I have decided to wait until January, get past the holidays first, and then file a NOD. I also have a lot more research to do on the question of which is better, a NOD or CUE, for several of the issues I had with some of the individual ratings I received. I will finish the dependent updates some time in the next few days, knock that out, and then move on to the other issues and considering the best way to NOD the P&T.
