Prayers For Jerrel Cook

Hello All,

After discussions with Tbird and Jbasser , I am asking for our members to please keep Jerrel Cook in your thoughts and your prayers. Many of you know Jerrel is the host for the SVR Hadit radio Program here and he has been relentless and unselfish in bringing shows and guests here to help our Veterans and Dependents as they try to work thru the Veterans Affairs claims process. Even though as we all know , Jerrel is sick himself. Jerrel took a bad fall yesterday and broke his hip and is scheduled for surgery today. Jerrel is one of the old timers here at Hadit and has always put forth so much care and love for our Veterans Community and now he is going to need our help so that we can come to his aid in Prayers and thoughts as he goes thru the surgery and his long recovery. It was shocking news to hear this from Tbird this AM....I just got email from a very concerned friend of his....

I sure have prayed already and will pray some more......I started out with Jerrel about 10 years ago on the older SVR shows at a different site.

Updates here from anyone will be great. I know his wife is at the hospital with him and this might be a very long day for both of them.

Jerrel has Never given up on his claim so I know he will Fight this set- back too.

Thanks folks for the prayers. I am sure Jerrrel Appreciates them  I will post any Updates as I get them. He shoud be in surgury as of right now and may be out.Hopefully I can get  Room number.

I got some more bad news. Jerrel could not have surgery. His lung problems prevented his surgery. He has to wait until he gets better Lung Function so he is in for a prolonged ordeal. He is in Freeman Hospital In Joplin. He is in a lot of pain with the Hip but the Morphine seems to be working.
