ptsd 2 Dr.s at my 1 C&P MH is that normal

Ok today i had a C&P recertification 5yr reeval. I arrived early with my spouse and waited for the Dr. After an hr wait the dr asked if i would mind his colleauge to sit in on the exam with him as he is learning to be a rater. The exam went well i think but before making any notations he would ask the other dr who seemed at least 30yrs on My dr if he had any questions. He did 2 every time he was asked. Then i hear a BOOM and jump they sat looking at me. said its just the toilet. Bullshit sounded like someone dropped a weight on concrete floor right next door.

My C&P was for bipolar it didnt mention my ptsd anxiety or any other MH that where in that group when it was rated at 100%. Now i asked the dr and he said no this is for the Bipolar only which is what i am rated 100% for. We did means test ect then almost at the end the Main dr picked up the DSM 5 and pointed to a line and said to the other dr I think i will be adding this and the other dr conncurred. Adding What?

Can C&P Dr add issues to a reevaluation?

Anyone else have a sit in Dr?

He did state the usual in the begining that this is not random or that i was selected but to verify if i was still Bad, better, or worse. He said he was basing it off of the old C&P that was done. And he did refer to my VA health records and did ask me alot about my violence that has been documented matter of fact that was the most spoken about thing besides my relationships as i stated that i dont have. and with my wife and kids i am distant. My spouse was going to talk to them but they did say that they didnt need anything from her.

Asked if i was doing better on med alot of times i stated that they helped most of the time but i mostly stay to myself at home away from my kids wife ect as i do.

Im gonna have heartburn till i see the C&P in Bluebutton 3 days and today is thursday so probly not till next week some time UGHHHHHH!!!!!!!

any thing they rate you over the 100% plus 60% qualifies you for SMC...Seems to me you should already be rated with SMC K & S & not just the K? If this has been this way for 5 years  thats a lot of retro waisted...unless the NOD limit keeps you from appeal?

i actually got ahold of my vso all but MH was the above ratings. on appeal they took MH to 100% and she said the can go through the other contentions or take the 100% without further investigation into all ailments i opted for yes i had 3 kids and a wife to think about. Until now im realizing im only getting k and not s. she stated that once it goes p&T i will get  S as well since i opted for it without them going into the others. She said i an nod but not till after this reveiw to have the other contentions read to possibly raise them. And the Me taking that deal limited my nod till a P&T determination

2/16/2016 told c&p will be 3/24/2016

3/24/2016 1pm Had C&P at VA @317 dr sent notes

today 3/25/2016 went to preparing for decision from gathering evidence

3-31-2016 Pending descision Approval!!! YAY 1 Step C;oser. Also as of now My C&P is available on Ebenifits coinki-dink i Think Not.

Home stretch!!!!!!

Benn 4 days inclding saturday and sunday now C&p info yet.

I had a cardiac C&P exam that was done by a nurse who was training another nurse.  She did such a horrible job I appealed the rating I got because she did not even order any tests or do an exam.  She just asked me if I had chest pains.  I got a 0% rating thanks to that awful exam.   I got some new evidence and appealed and got 60% via the DRO.   I am not even sure my VA hospital has a cardiologist or cardiac surgeon on staff.  I have been 60% for the cardiac condition since 2008 and I have never seen a cardiologist at the VA.   I have a private cardiologist.

UPDATE:

After many attempts trying to get my C&P results on myhealthevet. I spoke with my VSO and she unnnoffficially went over it with me. Total O&S and No Fudiciary and he added a question as to why i was not recieving SMC-s as i meet the requirements, So i went to the VMAC Records Department and filled out the form for the C&P as my VSO Stated and was told i would have to wait for it to be mailed in 14-21 days. WTF!! They told me that the va nolonger provides C&P exam results prior to Adjucatioan as it stirs up the vets and they start filing claims before they have beed decided? Has anyone else heard this. 

At least i was able to hear that my reveiw c&p was actually revealing that i was in worse condition than before and VSO stated that it should go P&T i still want to read it any suggestions?
