Interesting regarding my FDC claim/NOD

Rate this question

Question

So most know on here my situation.  I filed an FDC back in January for several issues to include 100% temporary convalescence for right foot due to left ankle.  Right foot is NOT S/C so since my left ankle caused the fracture I put in the FDC.  After filing the FDC, my NOD finally processed and I had my DRO review hearing last month.  I noticed after receiving my C-file my FDC was "RTR" ready to rate but I assumed that it was going to wait until AFTER my DRO hearing and all those issues were resolved.  My NOD included all my feet issues.  Ebennies showed Preparation for Decision back in February and so it sat.  Well today I checked Ebennies regarding my FDC claim and I notice that the date has now changed to 4/4/16-4/9/16 from an out date of August 2016.  I am wondering if this means they are working on both my FDC and my NOD?  Wouldn't that be nice????

I know I know I know that Ebennies timeline is UNRELIABLE but I find it interesting it bumped up to next week.  Wish me good luck please!!!!

UPDATE!  I am in Preparation for Notification regarding my FDC and I do not have a good feeling about this at all!  My NOD is still not resolved and I fear I am going to get shot down on all increase and requests...

Dates now are 4/3/16-4/7/16 so it's done I know that, because it's in Preparation for Notification.  All the disabilities are still listed as "pending".

PTSD increase for sure will be denied b/c of the crappy C&P exam - I might have a fight on my hands with this b/c the C&P favors 10% NOW and I am 30%!!!

Left ankle increase - not sure based on the C&P exam how this is going to play out????

Anorexia Nervosa - will be changed to Bulimia and stay at 0% for sure - this rating is hard to even get

100% Temporary Conv. for right foot due to left ankle - well again, not sure b/c the reg's state that in order to get this the contention has to already be S/C and my right foot, which most know is in my current NOD...

Ugh!  I am really freaking out right now b/c I have a bad bad feeling about this FDC claim.

I am hoping from seeing others experience with this whole process that going from PFN back to PDA is a good sign b/c they are hopefully getting my rating ready for me....

btw

Just to let you know how screwed up enenfit's is

I was still at gathering evidence and my decision was like a year away & all of a sudden I got a letter from DAV letting me know ABOUT MY AWARD &BENEFITS.

As For the hoovering your mouse over the question marks they cover their self when they say this only an estimated time depending on the type of claim.
