If he does this will end the Gov Shutdown  but certainly create a lot of problems for IU Veterans Program as well as other veterans programs..we just have to wait and see who all this will effect???

this is not happening, it has not been reported so please do not panic. POTUS has not declared an emergency and even if he did it remains to be seen how that would play regarding veterans benefits.

WHY?

 To help fund the $$$ for that Border Wall He wants.  to the tune if 5  1/2 Billion.  Cutting IU would free up Millions.

They are looking at cutting cost  even if its taking away from Disabled S.C. Veterans...a lot of Gov Programs will be shut down...we just don't know yet what  they will be cutting.?  IU is just one of many Gov-VA Programs on the chopping block.

Honestly I doubt that will happen someone raised 20 million alone on donations for the wall...

It seems that for our VA benefits to be safe blood must be spilled all over the world.  When we have peace the budget cutters get to work as in the 80's.  It is also a sorry state of affairs when average USA household can't go for a month without a paycheck.  This shows gross income insecurity.
