Question
BoonDoc
I was told by a person at the VA 800 # that I should just write them a letter giving them my statement as to why I bekieve the PTSD is related to my present claim, that's on appeal for TDIU, for the symptoms that the pscy. doc said was PTSD all this time, so my question is:
Should I open a new claim for the dianosed /PTSD, with in-service stressor in my SMR's, and a 23 year long history of being treated for several of the symptoms of PTSD; my doctor told me that my mifraines were a symptoms of PTSD, as well as anxiety, etc., or should I submit a "Statement in Support of Claim" going into detail as to what happende to me,and present treatment and diagnosis of PTSD, with delayed onset?
Has anyone used trhe online way to submitt a claim? I just have a little bit of trouble believing that it's in my best interested in using that service....anyone here with experience with using it?
Thanks for any suggestions, oppions, and ideals as I'm feeling "burnt out"
