I included medical nexus from an outside Dr. stating in their opinion 'it is more likely than not, caused by in service events'. This triggered many C&P's. Some successful, some not. The regular DBQs do have a "remarks" field at the end, but the VA uses a separate internal form to document the medical nexus/opinion as to whether or not they believe the condition is related to serv
