Question
Cavman
I filed my appeal in September 2006 and am now drawing the 100% rate. I also filed new claims 2 weeks after filing my appeal because I felt they are legitimate claims. My question is, since I have the 100% rate, should I cancel them. I expect word anyday on them and don`t want to ruffle any feathers. The new claims were noted in the appeal decision as being deferred until the appeal was decided.
Claims are for: (1) Gerd, Hiatal Hernia & Barretts Esophagus secondary to PTSD. (Doctors statement says stress can cause these problems to get worse.)
(2) Tinnitus (Saw plenty of combat to verify this)
(3) Insomnia (Is stated as one of my problems concerning PTSD) (This is also secondary to PTSD.)
Whats your ballpark guess on their decision on these claims?
