0 HadIt.com Elder GBArmy Posted October 4, 2022 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted October 4, 2022 Very interesting; could have tremendous impact if they agree to an early effective date under these circumstances. Vync
0 Mr cue
I don't think the will let this happen. It would break the VA. I wish they would tho because the VA might better decision. It might less appeals because they will give the veteran eef date of service. Any way it go . Personal I just don't see them ruling for this Vync
0 Whodat
For some reason I do agree with Mr. Cue. I do not believe it will cause more financial issues for the government. Furthermore, it would put more workload on the already missed VA claims deadlines. If this was to pass, vets would have to file a claim for it. Not automatic. Not trying to be negative at all but if it does, it probably would take years, maybe decades to implement. It would be nice if it would happen. 0 HadIt.com Elder jbasser Posted October 4, 2022 Author HadIt.com Elder Share Posted October 4, 2022 In reality it covers equitable tolling based on the Veteran filing a claim within the 1 year deadline. If it is a win, veterans will have to show a strong reason for not filing the claim within the first post service year. Vync

@Whodat It is an interesting case. I hope the court forces the VA to apply on the the pro-veteran canon across all things VA-wide. The VA is anti-veteran in many circumstances such as initial claim fi
