Hey, I saw this on Ebennies this morning...I have a current EED NOD in place since last fall, but this morning I saw another appeal that said Entitlement to EED. What does that mean?

REP
Hi Everyone! Recently, I filed a NOD for cervical radiculopathy due to a denial. Periodically, I'll check Ebennie. Well, today I've noticed the cervical radiculopathy was listed and had "REP" in the action type. What does that mean? Will they eventually send me for a C&P exam? What am I up against? Thank you for any input! Hooo-aaah!!!

Should I Upload VA Medical Records in eBenefits Myself?
Hi there, I submitted my FDC in eBenefits May 19, and it has been sitting in Gathering of Evidence phase. The only status indicates my medical records which are all at the VA were requested June 25 and they still have not been received. eBenefits is reflecting the status of overdue for the request. I have submitted everything else, but do you think it would it help my claim along if I uploaded my medical records myself? Do the Blue Button medical records from myHealthevet count as official medical records? Will uploading these records kick me out of FDC? OR - what can I do or who do I call to get VAMC to send my medical records to VA?? Thanks for any advice!

E- Benefits Affliction
"The definition of insanity: doing something over and over expecting a different result". I am insane but I can't find a nexus to active duty. I am down to checking E-Benefits twice a day but I still can't shake it. Can anyone help me with a service connection?

"Initial Review Complete" mean?
I opened up an increase MH claim a little over 2 months ago and had the C&P a couple weeks after that. I thought everything was done until I was called to come in to talk to a case manager at the OIF/OEF department at the VA Hospital a few days ago. Now, this has popped up on my eBenefits account. Does anyone know what this means? Thanks.

Quality Review Correction on closed claim?
Hello. I'm totally new here, although I did a fair bit of reading on this site during my claim process (thanks very much for the info!). Anyhow, recently my claim finished up with an 80% combined rating. All in all it was very quick, just a few months. I only put in a claim for 2 conditions, a shoulder issue and depression. The depression came back for 70%, 20% on the shoulder. During the process, my claim bounced back and forth from pending approval to awaiting decision. During that time they also decided to add on surgery scars for my shoulder, which got a 0% rating. On Saturday, July 16th ebenefits updated with my decision and about a week later I got the actual letter…

ptsd Moved Backwards From Preparation For Notification To Pending Decision Approval
My VSO called me about 2 weeks ago and told me congrats and that my claim for an increase has been approved and I was awarded 100% PT (up from 60% combined)...it has been about 18 months since my claim for an increase was submitted, so I was very happy to hear this news. I was one of those guys who kept checking my Ebenefits status almost everyday especially after my C&P exams. my claimwas stuck in the "gathering of evidence" phase for about 16 months until I was finally called in for my C&P exams. After my C&P exams it seemed things were moving along, I kept checking my EBenefits status and it moved all the way from gathering of evidence to prep for decision,…

What does this mean?
Intent of this is to create a thread where snapshots of the eBenifits site can be posted and questions can be answered instead of sifting through many old threads.
