Service Connection / Retired
I am trying to help someone. This person was medically retired recently from the Air force. The person does have disabilities from the military, and he went to a military board. The Air force told him that they were going to file his papers with the V.A.. I thought that this seemed strange for them to do this. He has not filed any V.A. claims himself yet. I have read through his records and most of his disability was self inflicted while he was off duty. This person dove into a pool and hurt his back bad. ptsd Imo On Earing
I have a stack of documentation about a 1/2 thick from 1980 to date. The Doctor who theated me befor that has died and I can't get their records. Should I use this IMO and all the docmentation I have and go ahead and file. Below is a rewritten copy of the IMO. hypertension It Worked :)
Last week I posted the following: They sent me 5 questionaires Heart and Hypertension Respiratory Diabetes Genitourinary Neurologic Conditions I plan to answer as few as possible questions on each questionaire and have written see back. I plan to type up my history and everything I can and print it on the back of these forms. I had my C&P's yesterday.......... They doctor came out and introduced herself and said did you complete the questionaires and I said yes. I gave them to her. Descion In 30 Days
I got the iris report today they have made a descion on my appeal at the ro said 30 days for letter. called the dav and was told that the my appeal has descion made on the 20th dav said not in the computer if it was good or bad. All it said they were finished with my appeal. Also called the 1-800 number same answer. The IU claim is not done yet said the appeal first since I am only 50%. dav rep said I should get 70% but I dont believe it until I see It in writing. So I waite

tdiu Can Sleep Apnea Be Secondary To Depression
I have an 80% overall rating and 70 % for Depression. I have been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. Can this be secondary to Depression and is it hard to prove. I have put in for TDIU so should I just wait on filing for Sleep apnea.
