Received C&p Back
Axis I: Posttraumatic stress disorder 309.81. Axis II: Personality disorder NOS 301.9. Axis III Sleep apnea, gastroesophageal reflux disease (by history) Axis IV Exposure to life threatening situations, unemployment. Axis V: Current GAF 55. It is as least as likely as not that the veteran does suffer from posttraumatic stress disorder while serving with his unit in the military. It also said I should continue my medical/pyschiatric services and ongoing supportive psychotherapy services. So what do you think everyone?

Do They Do Anything Right?
I am trying to help my ex-father-in-law apply for increased Pension. He gets $898 from Social Security and his employer pension and $38 from veterens. The guy is 95 years old. His wife and daughter just died a few months ago. (His daughter was killed in a car wreck on the way to see her mother in the hospital). He hasn't been ANYWHERE except to the doctor and his wife and daughter's funerals for several years. So I am trying to get him housebound --and maybe aid and attendance (my son stays with him). Well --I called the VA. They sent me the forms (Physician statement and Statement in Support of Claim) AND an envelope to return the info to them at the St. Louis Offi…

Tia Cva
Three years ago while on active duty I was going through allot of work ups because of loss of use of my right hand. I went through pyhsical therapy, no help, then I was refered to a neurologist who ordered several mri's and cat scans including one of my brain. The report for the one of the brain states "there are white matter signal changes adjacent to the frontal horns of the ventricular system, then it goes on with more and more (see the attachment called white matter, the other attachment is the doctors report and he addresses it. Now thats its proven should I pursue a claim for TIA/CVA secondary to Sleep Apnea?

ptsd Anyone Have Dealt With Montgomery, Al Ro
Hello Everyone: First, is their anyone out there that deals with the Montgomery, Al RO? You know I've discovered that VA thinks if they just keep you going in circles that you will get tired and pissed enough that you will just let it go. I've told them that I will fight this until I die because I was in perfect health prior to going to the Persian Gulf War and they are responsible for the conditions mentally and physically that I have now. I have as much time as they want to drag this out (God Willing). My claim for an increase for T&P and IU has stayed at one regional office for 7 Months (Atlanta RO), then they sent it (without notifying me, but a wee…

Spoke To The Dept Of Navy Codes On My Dd 214
Dear Friends, I picked up the telepone and talked to a lady at the Department of the Navy about the codes etc on my DD 214. She had all this information. Where did she get it? How did she know so much? She told me just as it happened? She told me that Dr. C was my treating physician and that he sent me to Dr. J who in turn sent me to a Board Certifed Psychiatrist. Dr. M, who recommended my discharge. Next was the Board of 4 doctors. I knew that I saw an Army of doctors to receive my early discharge, just didn't know what they were all called. My paper is called Evaluation Board - signed by 4 doctors with Honorable checked with Emotional Immaturity and t…

Criminal Procedure
I dont understand why veterans mostly use the Rules and Regulations venue to deal with the GARBAGE the VA dish out and we never use the legal venue: TITLE 18. CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE PART 1. CRIMES CHAPTER 47 FRAUD AND FALSE STATEMENTS 18 USCS SEC. 1001 Sec. 1001. How Do I Get Seen At Va Clinic
Hi, as some of you read my previous posts I was awarded 60%. My award has an effective date of Oct 5, 2005. Since then I have been seen by my private Dr. for the conditions awarded. I pay co-pays everytime I see the Dr. and co-pays for the perscriptions. Am I entitled to a refund for those? I'm not tring to be greedy but I feel that I told them I had these conditions/issues and they took so long for a rating? Can I be seen at a VA clinic now, how do I start that? THANK YOU SO MUCH! B) Oh also in my rating decision paperwork it has an application for vocational rehab. Why did they send that to me? Should I apply for it? Thanks for all your guys' help :)
