Certification Of Correspondence To Amc
Hi to everyone, Please I need some assistance. I called the AMC this morning and was told that my file has finally made it to the rater. My concerns: After reviewing my statements and letters to the BVA and the AMC I noticed that not all of my correspondence has the wording. I hereby certify that the information given is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. Signature. I called and ask the lady at the AMC about this and she said that it wasn't necessary for all letters to have this written on them. It is my understanding, I still have time to re-fax these with the certification on each letter. Can I believe her or do I need to r…

Scheduled To Attend Va Hearing
I am scheduled to attend a VA Hearing in St. Petersburg on the 14th of Nov. I requested this hearing before I submitted my (2) doctors statements and after I receive a Pre-Determination letter of the VA "proposed" Rate decrease. I had 30 days to request a hearing and 60 days to submit any additional evidence. I have already submitted doctors statements. Now, I need to know what should I go to this hearing with? What type of information? What should I say? I have never been to a hearing and have no idea of what to expect. Can someone offer some insignt? Thanks, Cherie33

Sc By Presumption
I saw here today a topic regarding a disability noted within one year after service- It is my understanding that only Presumptive chronic conditions as within 38 CFR 3.307,3.309, which-by medical evidence-became manifested to at least 10% within that year after service- are service connectable as presumptive. All other conditions not on the presumptive list would still need service linkage. That is my take on the presumptive regs- any thoughts? (this is not regarding POW regs or AO regs) I have a claim from one of my vet orgs that is dependent on fitting into the presumptive regs for heart disease- It is a DIC claim and many post service private medical reco…
