Sick Of This
I called my RO last week to check on the status of my claim; I was given the bum's rush off the telephone. It appears the people answering the telephones would rather be someplace else. I was reading some of the other posts and someone stated "the name of the game is delay", yes, I agree. Are the powers that be waiting for us to die? Holli

Is It Pssible To Lose Compensation For A Rated Condition
I had an upper GI done at the VA this month and the doctors report said their was no evidence of gastroesophageal reflux disease. I was diagnosed with this condition in the early 90's and had it for years while on active duty. I took medication to control it. Upon retirement I filed for service connection and the C and P doctor also diagnosed me with this disease and the VA prescribes me Meds for it. I am currently rated 10% for gerd. I feel the medicines and diet are working to completely control this. Can the VA take my compensation because of this doctors report stating no evidence of reflux disease.. Sorry so long Jerry (Boats) Retired USN

hypertension C&p Exam For Iu For Migraines
Hello everyone, I'm new here, and am a 41 y/o SC 60% vet for migraines, hypertension, and eczema, and I just had my last C&P exam yesterday for an increase to Individual Un-employability due to very frequient, prolonged totaly prostrating migraines 2-3 times per week lasting 24 to 72 hours since a auto accident while on active duty. I walked in to the C&P exam, and it was my neurologist that I have seen at the VA, who I believe is a caring person, and I was wondering if anyone else has requested IU for migraines? I went over to the DAV after my C&P exam, and the SO put in for all of the secondary disabilities caused my having migraines, anxiety, depress…

ptsd Social Security Doctor Backs Up Dr. Bash
Hey everyone, Finally some GOOD news. Today in the mail, we got a copy of the report from the Internal Medicine Specialist, for my husbands SSDI exam. He was contracted by SSA to evaluatte my husband for SSDI benefits. His report is a straight forward no holding back report of function and my husbands ability/or inability to work. It is HONEST AND STRAIGHT FORWARD. In this report he stated that my husband has DMII and has bilateral perpheral nueropathyas a SECONDARY condition. He states that the known DMII for past sixteen years and hypertention, hyperlipidemia, and CAD over the past 10 years. (this makes them all secondary to the DMII) The VA diagnosed all…

My first Examination was with a Va. Physchologist stated that my Anxiety Disorder was more than likely started in service. Board of two psychistrist could not agree. One stated Histronian Personality disorder Axis 2 and Axis 1 - Gneralized Anxiety Disorder. My claims file was to return to the two of them to reconcile their differences or if the Management Center de…

Just Got Dr. Bash's Second
He demolished the VARO's "expert" medical opinion! WIth full experience and rationale- He suggested that I send this IMO to the RO, the BVA, to my Congressman and my State Senators- (I might report this VA doctor to the State Medical board.) Peace with Honor is coming for my dead husband Rod.

Sdn 509 Par 16j
After threats and counter threats the USAF had me resign my comission after 4 years of enlisted time and 2 years officer--they had me sign a paper that I would not pursue them in the newspapers or legally. Unknown to me they inserted an SDN 509 Par 16j on my DD214--I haven't been able to find it anywhere--I am convinced that it caused me a lot of trouble in the last 40 years.

ptsd Dd-214 Omission As Basis For Cue?
Hello all, I have a question regarding my claim and military awards. I am currently appealing a denial of a 1995 claim for PTSD. I reopened the claim in 2003, and I sent the VA a copy of my DD-215. The reason being that I was awarded the Combat Action Ribbon for my service during the Gulf war. The award date was actually after I seperated in January of 1992, therefore the award didn't appear on my 214... (it actually wasn't an omission, it just hadn't been awarded yet) I received the 215 in after I returned from Afghanistan in 2003. So here's my question. Because the award is considered evidence of a combat stressor, would the 'constructive notice' rulin…
