Nicotine Dependency
at BVA: http://www.va.gov/vetapp01/files02/0112606.txt This might help Debbie (VETNEEDSHELP) and others too- this is under the Allen V Principi decision-1995 "In part: service connection may also be granted for a disability to the extent that it is aggravated by a service-connected disability or disabilities. Allen v. Brown, 7 Vet. App. 439, 448 (1995). The Board concludes, therefore, that the evidence indicates that the veteran's nicotine dependence had its origins during his period of active service, and subsequently led to a lifelong use of tobacco products which then caused both his respiratory and cardiovascular disabilities. tdiu The Maze Is Killing Me Slowly, Varo Up To Tricks Again.
Well, I haven't been on lately due to being out of town for death in family with no internet access. I've been checking my bank account every couple days to see if any money had fallen into it from heaven. NO. Here's the current status. I filed an appeal and DeNovoReview back on May 15th to save my 1 year time table, two weeks later, I got a letter from my primary care doc stating "not feasible employment" or something to that effect. Ver batim what the Team should be looking for. This was in a report to the Voc Rehab counselor. She subsequently called up the contractor that was trying to get me a job, and told him it was no longer necessary. This happened on …

ptsd Ptsd Video On Line
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=32...&pr=goog-sl Mike said it is long but very good. Also-the best documentary on PTSD I ever saw-and got a copy from CNN- is called "Fit To Kill". It has PTSD vets from three past wars in it-Vietnam ,Iraq ,and WWII with input from Dr. Shay (VA) and others- excellent-and not easy to see but if this award winning documentary ever comes on TV again- it is well worth seeing it.

hypertension Appeal Or Request Increased Compensation
In July 1993, I received an SSB. I subsequently went back on active duty and retired from the army in Sep 2004. In November 2004 I received my disability compensation award of 50% (I received 10% for seven different claims and 0% for 5 other claims although service connected). In March 2005 I filed a NOD regarding the 10% I received for my back and 2 of the items I received a 0% for, to include hypertension. I sent an email message (I guess that is what it would be called) requesting the status of my appeal and was told that they are now up to the appeals for Feb 2004. Because of the SSB, they are collecting most of my retirement pay and I get my disability, although …
