Section 1151
Berta The VA dismissed my Section 1151 Claim because they said I already had an appeal in for SC for upper extremity peripheral nueropathy and that since the DRO granted SC for the PN my Section 1151 was dismissed. Now I see why the DRO granted the service connection so quickly. They had a plan. This sounds like BS to me. What do you think? My 1151 claim was for not diagnosing my DMII in a timely manner. I beleive I am getting screwed on this. My DMII was only granted from the date of the C&P exam.

Proposed Legislative Changes
I have been hashing and rehashing this for over a week. This is the best I can do at this time. It is formatted as legislative changes that need to be addressed by congress. It is my amateur attempt at telling the Congress what they should legislate. It is an obsession. The provisions of this treatise would apply to my claim. However, I really do not think about the money that I have lost as a result of VA buffoonery. It is a request that the VA retroactively compensate any disability with medical evidence showing onset in the military. Pay particular close attention to the requirement that veteran’s initial exams are to be performed by doctors who are pre-screened b…

World News, Va Theft Of Data Included 2.5m Active Duty
Why or how would the VA have the records of active duty personnel. Active Duty personnel are not VETERANS! From my almost 11 years in the Corps I do know that HQ Marine Corps holds the records for all active duty Marines and those records stay with the Corps until such time the Marine is discharged. Same for Army, Navy, and Air Force except their records are held by their respective proponent service. After discharge from service the records/file is sent to the National Personnel Records Center in St. Louis and archived. At this time the VA has no knowledge of your file or records unless you filed a claim, requested your records from St. Louis and sent them to th…

Are You Lazy Because You File A Claim
Don your idea is good. However, I had all ready gone to the trouble to type this up. I will try to refrain from telling VSO stories. I have some good VSO stories and some that are not so good. I have gotten side tracked. I am still working on a post about legislative change. While in the offices of my VSO a couple of VSO’s were standing behind the desk made a statement loud enough that the entire office could hear what they were saying. There were about a half a dozen veterans in the office. This office was large and located in a very large city. They were commenting that they did not think there was anything wrong with some veteran they had just seen and that …

Diesel And Automobile Exhaust / Health Effects
Diesel and Automobile Exhaust / Health Effects Diesel exhaust contributes to ambient sulfur oxides, ozone precursors, and aerosols, seems to contribute to chronic respiratory morbidity and mortality, and probably contributes to the cancer risk of urban air pollution. Mutagenic and carcinogenic compounds (such as PAHs) are adsorbed to diesel soot. Diesel clearly causes cancer in rats (but not hamsters), and the mechanism may be chronic inflammation, hyperplasia, multifocal fibrosis, and macrophage particle clearance overload.45 Diesel may be a co-carcinogen, and extrapolation of risk from laboratory animals is perilous. Diesel has been demonstrated to modulate the im…
