Range Of Motion
I find this subject very hard to understand. I will make this short and use only one example. Take the Thoracolumbar Spine, for example: The normal Forward Flexsion is 0 to 90 degrees, but the examinee has the following: 40 degrees, 40 at pain, and 40 at repetive. Since the 40 degrees fall into the 0 to rane, does this mean that the Veteran will be denied? Papa

Medical Records
When I send medical documents in from my private doctor is it ok if I highlight things in it I think is important or should I just let them read it? Also should I turn in the documents or let them get them? Whats to say someone dont turn in all the documents or anything else they could do to them? How does VA make sure they got everything? VA can get them anyways? Just asking.

Primary Conditions.........secondary And Presumtives
Im fairly new to posting here and upon doing a lot of research on my claims a few things struck me. Seems like it would be a great idea to have a link dedicated to Primary Conditions and info on secondary or presumptives to the condition. I know for myself Having Rhinitis and thru researching all I could on the subject, it seems (and i could be wrong) but asthma from what I understand is a secondary presumtive to the Rhinitis? I may be off base, I just though that others that suffer from other conditions and ailments related to the primary condition could really benefit from knowing the info. There may be a lot of others that have no idea what conditions (primary) and sec…

New Dependent With Special Needs
Hi folks. I wasn't sure where to post this question. I hope this area is ok. I have a 2 week old daughter who was born with Down Syndrome and several serious heart defects. She is going to require allot of special care. I have submitted a claim to add her to my comp as a dependent (I'm 70% sc), but was wondering if there are any other benefits that I might qualify for from the VA? Adding her as a dependent is $53 extra a month, but I'm hoping there might be other benefits available like aid and attendance or something to that affect? I checked with Social Security for SSI for her, but evidently we make too much money to qualify for that. Seems most of us get …

Awesome Initiative To Help Veterans!
Has anyone heard of Victor Values Veterans? I just stumbled across it, and I thought it was pretty cool.. Basically, Victor Pest (a company that sells rat traps, mice traps, rodent repellents, etc) started this initiative called Victor Values Veterans which helps U.S. veterans find jobs after returning home from service. Victor agreed to donate funds to the Call of Duty Endowment for every new Facebook fan they get. In case you don't know what the Call of Duty Endowment is, it's a non-profit re-employment organization that provides vets with the right resources, training, and support to re-enter the workforce as a civilian once they return home from serving overse…

At What Point Does The Va Admit They Cannot Find Your Smrs?
I just finished my 4th month since I filed my claims and I'm still in the "under review" status. Not shocking, I'm still early into the game. However, they cannot find my SMRs. My Congressional review is also coming up empty. The VA is pointing their fingers at the NPRC and the NPRC is pointing their fingers at the VA. At what point do they just throw their hands up and admit they cannot find them?
