For some reason I can not access the General VA Claims Questions & Information forum while I am logged in, I have to logout to be able to view it and then I can't post in that forum. Any suggestions or help? Thanks...

I have tried to go to my "profile" and tried to edit the "other information" section and could not figure out how to edit my hobbies section. Hope someone can help. I have lost my decoder ring! Thanks all at hadit.com.

Hi, I've been a member since Feb. 7th and made 4-5 posts of which only 2 are showing up. I can't go into my profile to edit information or download files and many links taking me to the error page, no permission thing. I'd like to be able to join the community as a full member soon, if it's possible. Can anybody advise me on what I'm doing wrong? Clair

A few days ago I sent in an intro. It did get posted and I saw it, but then when I checked today it was gone. How do I know if it was moved or deleted? I've posted another message and see that one. Also, in my profile it says I haven't posted any messages since joining. Does it take a while for that to catch up? thanks for a great site .... and terrific forum. Carolinda

How do I attach a little photo under my name like "jbasser" has of his bass boat. (I'd be a friend of his if he lived next door!) I could attach a photo under my profile, and I thought it would show up when I posted.. Thanks in advance... :P

Knowledgeable people who don’t have time to read all posts may skip yours if your need isn’t clear in the title. I don’t read all posts every login and will gravitate towards those I have more info on. Use paragraphs instead of one massive, rambling introduction or story.
Again – Make it easy for others to help. If your question is buried in a monster paragraph, there are fewer who will investigate to dig it out.
How To Post
Post a clear title like
‘Need help preparing PTSD claim’ or “VA med center won’t schedule my surgery” instead of ‘I have a question."
This gives members a starting point to ask clarifying questions like “Can you post the Reasons for Denial of your claim?”
Note:
Your first posts on the board may be delayed before they appear as they are reviewed. The review requirement will usually be removed by the 6th post. However, we reserve the right to keep anyone on moderator preview.
This process allows us to remove spam and other junk posts before hitting the board. We want to keep the focus on VA Claims, and this helps us do that.
