    HAD A HEARING  AND JUDGE STATED THAT MY SLEEP APNEA WILL BE REMANDED BACK TO VA, BUT HE WILL MAKE THE RULING ON MY RHINITIS (NEXUS LETTER WAS INCLUDED),AND ALSO ON MY MIGRAINES. WHAT'S THE AVERAGE WAIT ON AMENDED CASE IF KNOWN?
