Has anyone ever seen this on their station ebenefits and if so how long before bva made a decision on claim. Sure would be nice to hear something. Got so much work to be done around my house. But it seems every time we get a dime someone comes along and takes 15 cents. Toilets have been over flowing called the plumber and it was the septic. Jus had it pumped in feb. so now have to put new drain lines in. Things have went up so high. Had those replaced 13 yrs ago, cost only 1200. can you believe this time the cost is going to run 4500 to 5000. Course carpets are going to have to be replaced too. But we can on.ly do one at a time. Just wish va was not so dam slow. And I can't even run shampooed had knee replacement a month ago. Lastime rented a big one from lowes and messed up my back. I'm not putting in carpet again. That is what hubby wants. I'm going with vinyl plank.

I seen on here where you can send in new evidence. So my husband has some new labs. Is it ok to send this in? It is at bva and already has a dockett #.

Figured it out. Just because you only log in one time, it shows you as logging in, to each thing you look at on the pg.

Today is May first. Have only logged into ebenefits once today. But it shows 4 times. All four were successful. Any idea how to find out who else logged in? The status did Chang instead of being with Vso for a yr, it now says it is waiting for law judge.

We took the advice to call office of case management. Hubby claim set with Vso for over a yr. we called Vso and told them to get off their butts and get the 646 in. There was no resonate or rime for it to set there for a yr. then we call the case management. All this was on mon or tues on Friday I look at ebenefits and it says it is waiting for the law judge. Don't know if they wrote up the 646 or just sent it without one.going to call them back on Monday. My husband did tell them he was ready to call President Trump or whoever. I think a lot of these claims and appeals could move a little faster,if sometimes they looked and see how simple some of them are to work, when you only have one or two things to be approved versus appeals that have a lot to be approved or disapproved. I know that might take it out of dockett order, but give those to the guys that know how to work these claims faster.

My hubbys ebenefits say the same thing as yours today. He did call the Vso and ask what the hell were they holding it there so long. She I had told us to call back today. We will do that on Monday now. He also called the d c office and talked to some guy there for awhile so maybe something is moving. Now my question is he told my husband that even it Vso wrote up the 646, the appeal would just go in dockett order. My question is if there are several dockett numbers come up and they have not had their 646 written up yet, what happens. I do understand some Vso do not write up nothing. I figure that is what happened to his after he was upset with them.

Hubby called Vso today and gave her a mouth full. Oh now they will assign it to some one to write up. Said it could be moved forward because of the kidney failure. But I don't think it will be until he actually goes on dyalsis. Now going to call someone at bva.

What would happen if hubby changed Vso now or got someone else to write up 646.

Do thevso's make money off our claims? If so I'm going to be looking for the best,dam Vso out there!

My husbands claim has been with rep for over a year now. I called once and ask to speak to the person that was handling it.. go a name and talk to him. Then we called again to talk ask for and was y,told he was no longer there're. We out like to talk to the Pierson hadling it now . Was told it had never beem assigned. I'm going in for knee surgery tomorrow. When I get back home we are to call them again. The we are going to call that magic number, and see what we can find out.

I was really hoping to see them moving on these appeals. I spent the last 4 days in hospital. Had heart attack symptoms. They did stress test, omg that felt terrible. They also did ultra sound an cath. Everything turned out good though. Thank the lord! Think I scared hubby though.

Victor Ray, we never got the docket number in the mail, we called the 202 D.C. Number and she told us the docket number. I'm looking for that number, I thought someone posted it in this thread.

Victor Ray, my husband filed his nod nov of 12. It stayed at ro around 730 days before it got a docket number. So in total it has been well over 1400 days. Very frustrating. Good luck to you. By the way I keep searching bva decisions and they say they go in numerical docket order, not all true. Ck it out bva decisions.

Hubbys docket number is 1502319. The five yr mark will be nov of 17 from nod being filed,

Ok I saw on a board of veterans appeals somewhere, they are saying 5yrs for an appeal. Is that from the day you file nod or is it from the time of docket?

Chiefhouse00, you said you already filed a nod for increase in diabetes and nephropathy. Why would you file again for ckd? Am I missing something.? My husband filed his nod nov 12, has a docket 1502319. So you have a wait. I have sent in every lab with nephropathy, since he was diagnosed with stage 3 diabetic nephropathy.

I'll have to check the gift thing out. It would not be counted has any earnings for her. So maybe that would not keep her from getting her ssdi. My daughter has been diagnosed with ms, fybromaldia, and few more diseases, which are all auto immune . She has been applying for Sadi for two yrs now maybe a little longer. She has no income, because if she works she is automatically denied the ssdi. She is on obama care, and was just sent something saying if she had no proof of income the Obamacare would go up about 100 percent. Sadi is almost as slow on moving as va. We cannot let her ins lap. She had a relaps last yr in April and one this yr. each time a nurse comes out and does a med infusion for three days. She is on twice as many meds as me and my husband put together. We pay her co pays now, she has had to move in with us because she could not afford the rent payment and etc. she is single no kids. Would this be good enough to qualify us to move ahead on docket? Because it is a hardship on us.

My husbands docket is 15-319. He signed a waiver for decision to be made at bva. It has been at Vso since nov. 16. How long before it is assigned to someone to write a briefing? And when you sign the waiver do have anyone really looking out for you.? Vthis nod was filed nov 12. He filed for increase on diabetes, and chronic kidney failure. Both we denied at ro. Over five yrs. now he was denied because. At the urine sample given to va at c&p, he did not drop any protein. Although his gfr is around 43 and has been as low as 33 at times. You do not always drop protein in the early stages. But in the later stages you do. I call that a mistake on the person doing the c&p. If I could come up with this info why could she not? Getting very frustrating. Need to do repairs to our house and need the money to do so, before it falls down.

Some one from yuku repremaded me on calling the bva line to ck what yr docket numbers the are working on. Hence it slows them down. Really that is probably all they do. And when I have called them I'm told something different that whatnthe web site shows. So who is telling the truth. The last time I questioned the guy on this, and he said he did not care what web hsite showed, but they were working on July 14.

There are way to many simple claims that should be approved, but are denied. Then a nod is filed. And then remanded. I think sometimes they are told to do all this to discourage this. I know if I did not. Stay on top of all this my husband would just give up.

bronco, just called bva, they told me they were working on July 14. So who tells the truth. My. Husband wants e to call st. Pete. But would they know any more? I did question him about the inventory. He said he did not know anything about this. But that they were working on July 14. I also called vso(American legend). I had the name of the guy we were told was vworking on his claim, and was told he no longer works there. Then she said it had not been assigned to anyone yet. I told her it had been assigned to Mr. Brooks,, she said no it had not been assigned to him. I told her that was what he had told me. And my husband had talked to him too. They had a mix up on wether hubby wanted a meeting with judgeetc. And he called and gothat straightened out for us. She was a little rude sounding. But she did say they were working on Jan 13. This totally ridiculous for us to just get any date that pops up in these people's minds.

Ok, bva is working on July 2014. Not moving very fast at all!
