  1. BTW get away from the VA if you can. Let them provide you whatever meds you can get. They MUST, this is the VA policy and the LAW, they must, I say this again, they MUST provide you, free of service, medications for ANY service connected issues. So, if your private doctor prescribe you Percocet, the VA MUST fill that medication if you give your VA MD a copy of the prescription or a copy of the prescription on the bottle. Do not let them tell you otherwise. If they deny this to you go to Patient Advocates for your area, or call them, and file a complaint. Again they CANNOT deny you medication for your service connected issues. If you have medicare or insurance, get away from the VA, fast!!! They are killing veterans, left and right. They had me on 3600mg of Gabapentin and my VA PCP would not switch me to Lyrica whenever I requested him to. Do you know why he wouldn't switch me to Lyrica? Because of the big $$$$$$!!!!! So I went to my private PCP and he switched me. He told me to wean off the Gabapentin. Heck I didn't even have to wean off it. Whenever I quit taking that stuff I came out of a big time FOG. It felt like I was in the dark with that crap. The VA hires the cheapest pharmaceutical to provide the cheapest medication or Gabapentin to veterans. I bet you a whole paycheck they contract with pharms companies in other countries like Mexico. Anyway, after I came out of the fog and dark cloud I was in the Lyrica 300mg a day works freaking GREAT!!!! With medicare I only pay $40 a month. I am going to file a complaint with the Patient Advocates Office whenever I go up there about this because I was getting dehydrated and the Gabapentin was not helping. There is not reason or its nonsense for them, the VA, to prescribe me that much Gabapentin whenever Lyrica is on their crappy formulary list. This is why I FIRED the VA. I am only going to see my VA PCP twice a year and let them fill my service connection medications. I told him this and I told him the VA is fired. I bet he laughed at this. I am sick of the VA's lack of respect for veterans. They are only there to get a paycheck and federal retirement.
  2. There is Tramadol Extended Release which is potent like Oxycodone. Actually if you take any opioids like Oxycodone regular Tramadol is useless for you after you quit taking the opioids. But Tramadol Extended Release comes in 100mg and 200mg and you only take them twice a day. I'm down to 2 Oxycodones a day and asked my VA PCP to fill me a prescription of Tramadol Extended Release but guess what, its not in the VA Formulary. Oh I went off on my VA PCP about this stating I guess the VA thinks $$$ is more important than a veteran's life. Look folks we have to start pressing our Congressmen to hammer the VA on these medication policies. The VA uses a formulary and only provides CERTAIN medications is BS!!!! I think I might create a website just dedicated to the VA's formulary medication list because this is just plain awful. What is their reasoning for not providing certain meds to veterans whenever they need them. Heck they will provide "experimental" meds!!! Whenever my Korean War Step-Dad was dying because a VA nurse kept giving him water, after my mother told her NOT to, then he aspirated on the water, basically drowning in the VA Nurse gave me through straw, a VA MD wanted to try an experimental drug. Guess what, he is in the "Six Feet Under Club"...Thank you VA!!!!
  3. John you know me by all the messages we have talked to each other about. I finally decided to ask my private MD to see if he would switch me from the VA prescribed 3600mg Gabapentin to Lyrica. He said he seen how much pain I was in with my follow up visit I have with him every 5-6 months to check my Thyroid levels and to refill the Levothyroxine I take for it. He told me that Gabapentin is like other medications that deals with pain that it will stop working and can affect you in many ways. All I can say is ever since I started taking it I've been in this dark, dark cloud with no memory. I couldn't remember how old I was or even a conversation I had with my wife. He decided and I agreed to be switched from Gabapentin to Lyrica 300mg per day. He said I would need to wean off the Gabapentin at the same time I come on the Lyrica. Guess what? I was able to quit the Gabapentin cold turkey. Please because I was able to do this I do not advise others to do the same. Gabapentin was affecting me to the point I think my body was rejecting it and that was the reason why I was able to quit cold turkey. I've feel like I've come out of a dark cloud and the fog has lifted. So, after a couple of days of thinking I've decided to get away from the VA medical and allow my private MD to prescribe me my meds and I am going to ask him to switch me back to Tramadol, which was the original pain medication I was taking whenever my radiculopathy pain started, and get off the Oxycodone that I've been taking for a couple of years now. Oxycodone is ruining my life, I can't take care of my wife intimidate like I was able to whenever I was on the Tramadol. And, and a big AND, whenever I can take care of her I end up DRY can can't take care of myself (if you know what I mean). I am sick of the VA and their lack support. I've had cousins who has had cervical spine fusion because of the same conditions as you and me, nerve compression. Not spinal cord compression just for nerve compression. The VA is now saying that surgery is not the way. I call them a big BullCrap. What has happened is the VA doesn't have any good Neurosurgeons and utilized Neurosurgeons who can't get a license in any state because of malpractice. OR, they are allowing these darn interns to cut into the veterans. And they wonder why veterans are still in pain after fusion surgery? Everybody that I know, well a majority, that has had nerve impingement surgery does not have any issues today. But the VA won't touch us because of their BS policies they now have in place. So what do they do? They place us on all these pain killers and psyche meds. Then during C&P Exams, from what I've read on here and other websites, the examiners tells the veterans "Your pain increase is from the pain meds". Catch 22, get it? I'm tired of the VA so its funny I just read this topic and post and the replies because I decided today that I am getting away from the VA medical system. My VA PCP is a piece of crap and for example the last time I seen him was in January and whenever I showed him how red and purple my legs and feet turned he appeared he just didn't care. He kept saying it was a circulation issues but couldn't tell me why. The answer to the why was because of the amitriptyline and after I was told my the hospital ER, that I had visited about 10 times in 5 months, to stop taking it my legs never turned red or purple again. The VA medical is worthless and the only way to fix them is to shut them down, give special medicare cards to the veterans and allow them to go see the private doctors and specialists. Close down the VA medical and allow the Federal government to save billions because they wouldnt' have to pay staffing, utility bills which easily ranges in the millions per facility/hospital per year, retirement and many, many other things. The VA medical just needs to go away and quit telling the world that they have the best medical care in the world. My legs are on fire thinking about them now and what they have NOT done not just for me but a million of veterans.
  4. The VA PCP do not like writing prescriptions for pain meds. But once a Pain Management fills you a prescription of pain meds the VA PCP must refill them because you are now considered to be on the voluntary pain medication program. Yes each month the VA PCP must refill the meds and you must submit the VA Pain Tool Form to them, they do not have to see you each month, even with Private Pain Management MDs. The Private Pain Management MDs tell you that they must see you each month but this is a scam just to bill your insurance and medicare so they can get paid just to write you a prescription. I have a friend who's pain management doctor writes him SIX prescriptions and each month he has it filled. So whenever they tell you they have to see you each month then they are scamming you to bilk your insurance for $$$$. I only have to see my VA PCP ever 6 months and its usually only the pain medication Nurse I see and not even my VA PCP.
  5. Congrats!!! If they didn't give you P&T file a claim for P&T as long as your contentions are static, meaning they are not getting better such as spine issues such as DJD where there is no surgery or fix whatsoever or nerve damage... Hope this helps. I am in the same situation right now, about to file a claim for P&T because they did not consider it as I was under the stabilization period.
  6. Both myself and my wife tried those mouthpieces and they didn't work for us. We both just blew out the mouth pieces at night not knowing we did. Our best solution is the nose stripes. The key to those stripes is placing them HIGH UP ON THE RIDGE of the nose as close to your eyes as you can. I was snoring real bad, not every night, now that I take Ambien and with the Oxycodone the mix will cause you to snore. Anyway I placed the strip up high and wow I got a good night's sleep but then again the Ambien will give anybody a good night's sleep. That is the most powerful stuff I have ever taken.
  7. Pain meds come through UPS and regular meds come through USPS for me. I always get the big brown truck delivery my Oxycodone. I just found out the problem, somebody at UPS totally messed this one up and placed my meds in the wrong sorting container!!! I live in FLORIDA. My Pain Meds actually come from the Tampa VA Pharmacy. So somebody at UPS sent it to TN so now it has to come back to Florida. I am calling UPS to file a complaint with them tomorrow and will tell the Tampa VA Pharmacy about this because UPS guarantee's these shipments. BTW I went to my Local ER on Friday evening, explained everything to the MD there and he said he knew I wasn't "Doctor Shopping" just to get meds since I brought my empty bottle to him and they already knew I take them meds since I have been there about 10 times already this year because of reactions to Elavil/Amitriptyline the VA was giving me for headaches. I was in and out of the Local ER in five minutes. I was given 12 tablets. Scheduled Delivery Updated To: Tuesday, 09/01/2015, By End of Day Last Location: Arrived - Knoxville, TN, United States, Saturday, 08/29/2015
  8. Well I checked the tracking on UPS. BTW you can't check tracking on meds sent by UPS on the VA's website (myhealthevet). Again it only shows it was picked up by UPS but other than that is shows nothing else on UPS's website. I guess I will head to the ER at Tampa VA to get it filled. I went to my local ER and showed them and told them the situation and they fillled me 3 days worth. This is the 2nd time I have had issues with UPS. The first time they crushed a whole bottle of pain meds, literally crushed the whole bottle. Let me tell you I let the drive know the next month. I guess I will head over there to the ER on Monday morning to get more because of Tropical storm Ericka. My VA PCP won't talk to me on secure messages after I told him I was going to file a complaint above the VA if I wasn't going to get treatment after I complete their Chronic Pain Management Program for 19 days to wean off the oxycodone. I don't think he liked that. The VA hasn't done much for me except dehydrate me with all their pills.
  9. Vync I have and it only shows it was picked up and that is it. VA Pharmacy nor UPS knows where they are. These are not regular meds that come in the mail this is Oxycodone that is delivered by UPS. I guess I will be taking a trip to the Tampa VA ER come Monday if they are not delivered by this evening or tomorrow. I've experienced sudden withdraws and they are not fun and worse than the pain itself.
  10. Has anybody experience UPS losing their pain medications and not delivering them? What do I do about this if I don't receive them by next Tuesday? Luckily I did go to my local ER to obtain a temporary prescription for 3 days but what do I do afterwards? I called the Pharmacy today and they said to wait and see because UPS has until 8pm tonight to deliver them. What the VA Pharmacy don't realize is for the past 3 years UPS has delivered them on or before 12 noon. Anyway do I call Pharmacy back tomorrow to REFILL them or how do I go about this because I do not want to go through the withdraw symptoms.
  11. You first need to be service connected for your back before they will even consider your nerve damage. Do what others said and get a medical opinion from a Specialist that deals with the back and nerves which would be a Neurologist. I recommend Dr. Bash. He is expensive but he knows his stuff more than any Neurologist I've seen so far. I to suffer from nerve damage, was denied this even though I have diagnosis and even with an IMO. The VA RO will screw it to you big time even if you go by the book and policies and procedures.
  12. Well today I awoke feeling pretty darn good. Compared to yesterday where I could barely sit or even lay on my back because of the pain in my right buttock. Funny how the nerves work. Last week I was in pain for a week in a half, worst ever so far. It felt like a constant crap in my calves then this past Saturday I awoke and boom no pain in my calves. Anyway I wanted to see if I had hyperalgesia and waited all day up to about 1:30 to see if the pain would start. It didn't. So I took a pain pill and still no pain. If a person had hyperalgesia syndrome caused by the pain meds they would for example; wake up in NO pain if they were having a good day but within a few hours they would start feeling pain or if they woke up NOT in pain but took a pain pill then began to be in pain then that is most likely hyperalgesia caused by the pain meds. Pain meds CAN cause pain sensitivity to increase. I use to be able to deal with pain. Example: one day back in the late 90s I had to go to the ER to get some sutures put in my hand. I told the MD I didn't want any local anesthesia so he didn't use any. Yes it was painful but I was able to deal with the pain. So I had a very high tolerance to pain. Pain meds can increase this when taking them long term. I said "can". Not everybody gets Hyperalgesia so your best bet would be to test yourself to see if you have it. If you do you might want to lower your daily dose of pain meds. I am testing it now and decided if I am not in pain then I won't take any pain meds except of course I have to take the Gabapentin because I get sick as a dog when I miss a dose of that stuff since I am on 3600mg a day. As for the device the only way to get FDA approval for devices like this is to try them. Heck do you know 90% of the drugs on the market really hasn't been tested on humans even though they are FDA approved? Look how many drugs that are FDA approved killed millions of people so far because they were never really tested. This is the game of pharmaceutical corporations. They make billions and settle for millions in lawsuits so in turn they still make billions.
  13. Its my understanding that they were on TWO different maybe three different TV shows but I don't watch these medical shows. It now my understanding that ALL TENS units are actually hurting people more than helping them. Correct? Also I read somewhere that this guy was lent one for 30 days as a trial before he bought it. The price tag on this thing is way over $1k. Also to watch the video on why it was created stuns me. Her daughter could not walk and after creating this she was able to walk. Her daughter is like most of us with all this DDD/DJD stuff. I am still waiting on my VA PCP to respond and I will let you know what he says or does. I even asked him to see if they would just lend it to me just to see if it worked. If it works then I will ask to be given one. I am willing to try anything right now because the VA hasn't done crap for me. The last time any specialist touched me for my back issues was around mid 2013. Yes you heard it, mid 2013. My VA PCP refuses to do anything because Pain Management released me back to him. Yes I had all the PT and Epidurals from the VA to no avail. I even went as far to spending way TOO MUCH $$$$ on facet blocks in my lumbar spine and my mid back to no avail either. Don't get me wrong the pain in my left buttocks has went away, but I still have a lot of pain every single day below my left knee in my calves, feet and toes which is from PolyNeuropathy. Keep in mind I am not diabetic whatsoever. The Neurologist who conducted the latest EMG where I got my facet blocks told me this is why I have loss of sensation in my shins, feet and toes. Heck I don't know when ants bites me until its way, way too late and I severely pay for it. Those ant bites takes weeks to heal. My right buttock is in severe pain as I write this right now. I still have pain in my whole right leg. So, the nerve in the left leg has healed but the chronic radiculopathy that has been inflamed for too long has caused this PolyNeuropathy. If anybody doesn't know about this the nerve walls begin to deteriorate so there is no healing nor cure for it and its caused by one of many things but like my Neurologist said to me whenever he did the EMG, the chronic radiculopathy, the constant pressing on the nerve roots at L5-S1 was inflamed that bad and whenever nobody did any treatment on this this is what caused it. I still have CHRONIC RIGHT L5-S1 Radiculopathy. Dr. Bash told me months before I had my first EMG that if the VA did not do anything I would be in a wheel chair. My VA PCP keeps saying I won't. HELLO!!! Who am I to believe? Dr. Bash of course because he diagnosed everything months before I threatened my VA PCP with a Senator inquiry for not setting up testing such as EMG. Anyway sorry for the long spill, I don't get to get on here that much anymore because of the pain. Heck I don't things I loved doing such as playing my audio keyboard that I have played for 20 years. I haven't played that in months. Geez time is flying..
  14. http://www.neurolumen.com/ Go to website and watch the videos. The lady who created this was originally for her daughter. Its a device that will help with pain such as in the legs and back due to nerve issues. It has some sort of laser with it along with electrodes. Its not a TENS unit. It reads that medicare has not approved this yet but its my understanding the VA has it by reading elsewhere on the internet. The person who wrote a review said that James A. Haley has it so I ask my VA PCP about it to see why I was not offered this yet.
  15. Jenni can you do me a favor and lay down in the best on your stomach and bend your lumbar spine backwards. If you have increased pain in your buttocks then you most likely have DJD which is seen most on Xrays and CT Scans. MRIs have a harder time seeing this and this COULD be the reason why you are having the sciatica issues. I wish I could get a referrel to Orthopedics, I only was able get as far at Pain Management and all these did was put me on Oxycodone. Some VA MDs are very helpful but I blame it more on the facility because some facilities you can get the best care and some others you can't. EDIT** I also want to say that MOST of the time the sciatica causes pain ALL the way down the leg or it starts in the buttocks and skips down into the feet or toes. MOST of the time whenever you see it just being in the buttocks then its muscle related or the joint to the left and right of the lumbar spine, it feels like a big muscle. This is just from what I read but again if the nerves are not being pinched a lot then it could be just in the buttocks. Your situation sounds just like mine did from 1996-2010, muscles tighten up and you get pain down your buttocks. See if you can get an EMG because this will tell you a majority of the time if its a pinched nerve or muscles. Get back with me on bending your lumbar area backwards by laying down in bed. If it hurts then this is most likely DJD instead of DDD which are two different things but the VA considers them the same, Osteoarthritis, which there is no cure or fix. Trust me I know, I've been dealing with the progression from normal DJD to now moderate to severe. Also get a CT Scan on your whole spine it will tell a lot about the facet joints.
  16. Talon, I've tried just about everything else and they are causing more serious issues than helping such has nightmares, dreams and dehydration. I think I will just drink one wine cooler just on nights I cannot sleep. I usually know about 10pm if I can fall asleep or not. Thanks for the info... I see others are taking Trazadone but after my MH MD telling the side effects of that I don't want to end up in the ER because I've had an 8 hour erection. Yes that is one of the side effects and my MH MD told me one of his patients had to go to the ER because of this. I don't need any "stiffness" I have enough in my legs as it is...
  17. Oh man you just answered my question, dilemna I was having. I just started taking Ambien and let me tell you that stuff is worse than the pain that is causing my insomnia. It's evil, pure evil and causes me to hallucinate bigtime and I NOW have some funky dreams. WTH is the VA doing to people giving these types of meds to people with insomnia knowing that cause more problems. I forgot about the Melatonin and yes our bodies produces it but with insomnia it doesn't produce as much like it should.
  18. Ambien is some funky stuff. I am also on that now, on my first prescription of it. Let me tell you that stuff has me doing some weird stuff right before and during my sleep. You want a laugh? The first night I took it I turned on my music that I always listen to as I was going to sleep. I put my head on the pillow and that is all I could remember. My wife was in the front room and she said I was singing with the music!!!! I don't remember a thing whatsoever. My wife told me today that I was making a grunting sound like I was making some great love. I don't remember a thing whatsoever. The second night I took it I was hallucinating. My wife said I told her I was seeing things in the room. I don't know about this stuff. I don't drink, I quit drinking in 1996. I wasn't a heavy drinker whatosever, well except when we were deployed to other countries. Anyway, I've been thinking of just stop taking the Ambien and start drinking one wine cooler a night to help me sleep. I have insomnia now because of pain in my legs but I'm afraid the alcohol will make the pain worse since the pain is nerve related. But I'm thinking one winer cooler a night isn't a enough to affect my legs but will help my heart even though I don't have heart problems.
  19. They mentioned it but did not use the evidence from the Nexus which is still a CUE. But I can't do anything about it until all appeals are exhausted. You can't file a CUE unless your 1 year appeal dates are up and you don't have any appeals active on those claims. From my understanding. Heck Dr. Bash on his 2nd IMO wrote up a CUE letter to them. He hammered the rater big time about this. People don't know that a regular MD or even a PA or a NP cannot override a specialist like Dr. Bash.
  20. I could NOT agree with you more. In all reality C&P Exams are part of a LEGAL PROCESS. For instance, if you ever go to a REDUCTION HEARING at the RO the hearing is recorded. If you ever go to the BVA it is also recorded. The C&P exams are part of the LEGAILITY process and should be recorded. Its been proven over and over, time and time again, that 90% + of the C&P examiners have been caught or has lied on their C&P reports. C&P Examiners are nothing more than washed up MDs or NPs who cannot get a job on the outside of the VA because no insurance company will insure them because of previous lawsuits. I've had 5 C&Ps since I was discharged in 1996. ONLY ONE C&P examiner ever told the truth on his report. So 4 out of 5 of them will lie and not be truthful. Again people don't realize they can have their licenses revokes for not telling the truth and it only takes one time for a person to prove this. All they would have to do is record them and send that recording to the DA or the Licensing Board in that State or Federal level.
  21. pwrslm ALL VAM Centers are on FEDERAL PROPERTY so FEDERAL LAW applies. Think about this, when you go to a VAMC do you see FEDERAL or LOCAL law enforcement? Think about Indian Reversations, they are govern'd by federal law not state laws whatsoever. So, with all VAMCs they are govern'd by FEDERAL Law because they are owned and are on FEDERAL PROPERTY. If you commit a crime at the VAMC you are prosecuted at the FEDERAL Level. And to answer your question NO they can't because FEDERAL Laws TRUMP state laws. It means if there is a FEDERAL LAW that says you can do this the states cannot say otherwise meaning they cannot CHANGE the law. But they can ADD to the law. Example: For many years the FEDS said that the speed limit was 60 on all INTERSTATE HIGHWAYS. The states cannot create a law or policy saying since the INTERSTATE HIGHWAYS are in our state we are going to change the speed limit to 70. Understand? But the states can say the speed limits on INTERSTATES in our state are 55. They added to the law but didn't change the original law. So if the FEDS say that a person can record another one with having only ONE PERSON APPROVAL even if the person doing the recording approves it the states cannot say "It will take the approval of TWO people". Now if the FEDERAL LAW stated it must take TWO people to the approval the states can come back and say "It only has to be ONE person".
  22. Its not just NEW evidence. Here is what happened. The VA RO utilized Dr. Bash's reports to 1. Increase my ratings in my cervical and lumbar, 2. Granted me TDIU based on Dr. Bash's report, 3. But did not grant me sciatica to BOTH of my lower extremities evne though Dr. Bash wrote in his IMOs that I should be rated at 20% each. They picked and chose what they wanted to out of each IMO and is actually ILLEGAL. They must use ALL of the evidence. Plus, after Dr. Bash wrote his IMO based on physical examination and review of ALL my military and VA records I had an EMG in 2013 that showed BILATERAL L5-S1 radiculopathy in both my legs. Trust me I suffer every freaking day since June 2012 because of this. I just recently had an EMG at my private pain management Neurology's office and NOW it also shows POLYNEUROPATHY in both of my legs with nerve entrapment. I am NOT DIABETIC and never have been. NO FREAKING wonder I am in a lot of pain. Why the POLYNEUROPATHY? Because the VA did not and has not treated me. All I did was see one Pain Management Neurologist at the VA and all he did for my back and leg pain was prescribe me opiods. Thats IT!!!! He then released me back to my VA PCP. So, I had to wait until October 2013 waiting on medicare to kick to try something. The private pain management doctor told me straight out that I herniated a disc in my back (Again the VA didn't want to do surgery, I have all the notes where my VA PCP asked the surgeon and he refused), but the disc did heal itself but now I have PERMANENT NERVE Damage and currently there is no reversing it. So because of the VA allowed me to have chronic inflammation for that long has now caused other issues with the nerves. Dr. Bash told me in July 2013 up in Maryland "If the VA doesn't treat this you will be in a wheelchair." Think about it, he knew I had radiculopathy before I even had the EMG. The VA is awful, just awful both compensation and medically. The St Pete RO totally refused my radiculopathy. So, how can the RO pick and choose what they want out of an IMO report with an exam that was the MOST RECENT which was done AFTER the C&P exam? This is why i want it out of the RO and to get it to the BVA because the BVA knows Dr. Bash where these ROs don't. Also they cannot just pick and choose, the appeals court has already said this but the ROs keeps breaking the appeals court mandates.
  23. the VA ROs automatically review EACH NOD before it goes to the BVA and then makes another decision before the SOC. Whenever I filed both of my NODs I asked for a De Novo Review which is a waste of time from what I found out because the Review most of the time won't over ride what the person who is works on the intitial review before it goes to the BVA. So, this is what I am going to waive so its my mistake for asking for that form. I will just write up the request to waive the De Novo Review. My VSO in St Pete told me this morning that they do NOT recommend the De Novo Review because of this and that it just adds more time to the process. So, I am going to request for that particuliar process to be waived because I want to get it out and to the BVA if they don't change the decision.
  24. Does anybody have a LIGHTER copy of this form they could attach for me. The one I am finding on here is too dark. I have TWO NOD with De Novo Review at the RO in St Pete that I want to get out of there and send straight to the BVA with a lot of evidence the BVA didn't want to use to make their decision on ALL my claims even for the approved TDIU they granted me but didn't grant me P&T. This past week I sent a message to the VSO over there to ask the rater if they would grant me P&T if I drop all of my claims. They denied that. So I want to get my appeals out of that office because they are totally messing up my claims, period. Any help in obtaining this form is appreciated.
  25. Under FEDERAL Law you can RECORD anybody, anywhere. The VA policies cannot trump FEDERAL Law. Its called the One Party Recording Law. If just one person, even the one who records the conversation, agrees to the recording its legal, per federal law. Here is the law: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2511 Also read here: http://www.dmlp.org/legal-guide/recording-phone-calls-and-conversations Trust me this happened to me also back in 2012 and from that date forward any C&P exams, hearings and such I will be recording all conversations. You can actually get these C&P examiners into trouble and have any and all licenses revoked. They cannot lie, period. They swore and oath to tell the truth when they got their licenses. I would send this recording to FOXNEWS and many other media outlets but make sure they agree they don't use your name. Most of them will agree with this. Trust me they, including NBC, wants to get what should be coming to the VA. I feel sorry for the VA and to many, many veterans. If it wasn't for fraudulant claims we wouldn't be in this situation. Also its works the other way around to where the VA personel filing fraudulant claims and taking money from US. I am telling you there is something big going to happen in 2016 financially, trust me on this, save your money starting now. Its going to be worse than 2008 and in the 70s. It will be the 2nd worse hit this country will take since the Great Depression. Its coming folks.
