Thank you all! This mistake the VA had made put my family in so much hardship! We all had gotten comfortable at the pay we were receiving and I admit, I took it for granted. Thanks everyone!! I'm so glad I got the call today and I was so relieved because I had just opened a envelope from my mortgage company saying I had 2 weeks to pay a payment or I was going to go into foreclosure process. Jesus was on my side today! Thank you all for your help!!!

I just talked to AL. I got my IU back!!! This is such a relief!! Thanks to everyone for all the support you have given me! 9 months (or 10 if not paid by Dec) of back pay will go a long way and get my bills caught up!

Just because Ebenefits says something really means nothing. I have a very simple claim for increase for DMII. Ebenefits tells me it will take 18 months. I have been at gathering evidence stage for five months. All the evidence is sitting at the VA. Why does it take 18 months to just get VA records and make a decision?

I called peggy yesterday and she (he) said, you are in final stages of your claim. It depends on the ROs workload on how fast it gets completed. I said, well am I in pending decision or notification. He said, all I can see is your in final stages. I hung up the phone more confused than I was before I called. Also called AL yesterday several times and left messages but haven't got any call backs yet from them.

I just realized, today makes 3 weeks that I went to pending decision approval. I dont know how I added some days. Guess the VA has made me lose my mind. Can I put in a claim for that??? Haha!
