In my opinion, you have been a great advocate for your husband and your hard work has paid off. I know it has been stressful at times for you and your husband but thanks to you, your husband finally received the compensation he earned and deserves. In your husband's eyes, I know you are his hero. I am a big fan of the veteran's spouses on Hadit and believe you are all special ladies for what you all have done on behalf of your veterans.

Looks like Migraines might be granted at the 10-30% range SC, but sad to say that Sleep Apnea will not be granted SC. Good luck and God Bless!!!

That is a list of the questions. They will generally hit on all of those aspects in a conversation or the doc could literally go down the list asking the questions exactly as they're written without much bedside manner.

After he goofed up my exam, I called VES and told them i REFUSE to ever walk thru the threshold of his office ever again.

Hubby is now rated 100% P&T! I learned so much on this site. I learned not to gripe and complain about the system but instead use that energy to learn what is needed to be successful. Clear and organized documentation wins.

The whole benefits system is based on tactics of oppression, delay, distancing and denials. If they get an inkling that they can lower you, watch how fast they can move. you can have other claims on NOD for a long time, and they dont even give them a sniff, but if they can reduce one , its high speed fast and furious actions,.

Gotta do what you have to do. ...Keep up the fight. C-file is very important to have when dealing with the vba.
