  8. they know ALL. I was in a residential treatment program, anf they have everything since the day I was born, and have been using it against me with liberty. A stressor letter will only re, remind them of my shitty life. FACT. They took me and my shitty life and None of it was an issue.my vso says theres a new law/rule saying that they cannot hold pre-service anything against you, as they accepted you at 100%. My messed up life was my reaction to a shitty,( parents dead at 8, raised in foster homes)yet I managed to be able to get a background done and accepted into an even shittier life. What can I say, thanks for you opinion. I can only give them what I have, cant lie. Mystic

I was on my own and the Militry forced me into situations I got myself in trouble and they sure as hell had a lot to do with that. I cant write stressor letter/no way no how. Mystic

  13. I dont know if I should be doin this but, THIS was meant for yall, and I HOPE IT HELPs. WHY CAPTAIN CONTAMINATE, yall could make a grown woman blush!pshaw! Thanks!!!!!! M. My husband thinks you may of been on the same cruise with him. His group was the Light Photographic Squadron 63 Detachment 42 NAS Miramar, California. There were little cruises before they actually went on the Med Cruise that was just after Christmas 1969 to Aug. 1970. The mini cruise before the Med was off Mayport, Florida from Nov. 1, 1969 to Nov. 22, 1969. The first mini cruise before that was: Porceed and report ot CO, USS Franklin D Roosevelt (CVA-42), NAS Guantanomo Bay, Cuba for a period of about 6 weeks in connection CVW-6 Carquais. That left on Aug 10, 1969. IF YOU WERE ON ANY OF THESE-- I DO HAVE THE TAD ORDER SHEETS, AND A LIST OF EVERYONE WHO WAS ON EACH OF THESE 3 CRUISES WITH THEIR RANKS AND SERVICE NUMBERS. Over the years we even has a history of assignments which show exactly where he was stationed. He remembers that air plane crash at Mirimar-- it was after the Med Cruise, and before he got out in Oct. 1970. He did not see it, but heard it, and they were told to stay away. We were living in California at the time. His last history of assignment does say he was NAS Miramar and he got a 3 month early out and got out on Oct. 1, 1970. People on all 3 cruises were: Bacques, Bartos, Bourdage, Cavaness, Christensen, Fields, G.I. George, Gidcumb, Gonzales, Henning, Hoobier, Hughes, Hugus, Jensen, Johnston, Jonas, Keenum, Hrase, Kruse, Steve Lenertz (my husband), Maizel, Makowski, Martin, Martinez, Mumford, Nitsch, Segraves, Soroka, R. Sturiale, Towne Others who were NOT on all 3, but some of them were: Burgett, Carson Massanti, Mitchell, Minegar, Russell, Stoddart, Delong, Loomis, Lee, Wasson. I do have their initials on all, their ranks and serial numbers. If this connects with you-- let me know and I can personally run you a copy of all these and mail them to you. Thanks Steve and Pat ======================================================================
  14. Steve and Pat I went in the Navy in 1979, technically 78. This thread here belongs to the Miramar survivor, and Ill bet sharing that 411 offered to moi with them would make all the difference in the world. I too am trying to help them figure ways to establish "presence" there if nothing else, so thats why I've suggested a couple different things. Thank you for tryin to help a Vet in need indeed! Bottom heart! Salute! Mystic

  16. HI! Welcome back, I go by Mystic and thats why I live in Florida. If you move here, check out the Gulf Coast, around the Venice area. Sarasota. YOU WILL LOVE IT. It looks like a picture post card, year round. You should google these 3 beaches, in images and such: Venice Beach, Nokomis Beach, Siesta Key Beach. They are all beautiful in their own way,but all with ten miles of one another. The water on the Gulf doesnt get you battered to death like the East Coast sea.Land, houses are much more affordable. Temperatures are temperate year round. We still have to put up with highs and lows of the barometer which you'll find is the source of MUCH of us Chronic Pain peoples misery, but still, warm/hot is good. I hate the humidity, but whaddya gonna do. They dont call its Heavans Waiting room for nuthun and old folks didnt get that way bein stupid! WE have an excellent set up. All ya got to do is get your hiney down here. OH! Before I forget, when you do your google on each of those beaches add "drum circle" to each beach title and you'll see some really cool stuff. We are still a bit of a secret here. Palm Beach/Miami thinks theyve got it goin on, but they dont know about us. We've got all they do for a portion of the high price, HA! Steven King lives over heah. Did a book based on this section of the good ole U.S. Good luck with your claim, and again WELCOME BACK! Mystic
