Berta Posted October 2, 2008 Share Posted October 2, 2008 Maurice-I assume you are getting retro so why not consider getting a doctor or vocational expert-for a fee-(unless you have private doc who might give you a freeby)- to support your request for P & T status. Then again the medical evidence you have might be enough- I think you should consider why they did not award 100 P & T -if they mention why they didnt- and combat what they said. Congrats!!!
