I THINK EVERYBODY THAT IS APPLYING FOR SSI OR SSDI WOULD LIKE TO KNOW AT WHAT STAGE WAS IT APPROVED. THIS TOPIC WILL GIVE PEOPLE SOMETHING TO READ AND CONFIDENCE ABOUT THERE HOPES OF BEING APPROVED. WAS IT APPROVED AT INITIAL, RECONSIDERATION, ALJ (HEARING), COURT OF APPEALS, FEDERAL COURT. LET US KNOW.

APPLIED AND APPROVED 1ST TIME WITHIN 6MTHS, APPLIED TO VA OVER 13 MTHS AGO AND STILL WAITING TO HEAR,,,,,

Just received a call saying approved, less than 6 months after I applied.

Received VA TDIU with P and T in 1 year

mine was approved within just a few months after i applied. i just sent in my records, the forms and my decision from the va.

Applied for IU and SSDI same time. IU denied, but used that VA sc info to prop up SSDI application and got approved first time around. Disagreed with IU denial, paperwork is in with stronger SC nsupport now.

Make sure you send in your SSDI decision for you IU. It is new and material evidence. Will help the claim.
