Question
dlc1985
I carried a 40% for many years for my SC back and ankle. I was granted 100% SC for PTSD in August of 2007. But it was not listed as P&T. I currently have an ongoing claim for increased disability for my back and ankle from (2006). The question I have is.. In my medical file dated November 2009, from my psychiatrist is states, “Veteran is unable to work. He is permanently and totally disabled.” How do I go about filing for P&T? Is this enough evidence to prove P&T? Since I have a claim open (represented through the DAV) should I send a copy of the medical record showing the evidence? Or do I just need to file for it myself? Any help would be appreciated.
