How Many People Are Waiting On Appeal?

How many people are waiting on appeal, and how long has your appeal been pending for an answer of approved or denied?

I am in month 5.

Appeal sent in about Novemember 2009, with help of my VSO.

First appeal filed in " 81 " I went to the BVA in DC in 1984 unanounced and they Saw ME ! Claimed approved !

Second appeal filed " 09 " New Jersey , Still waiting

Like some one has already said, this is sad. Please don't let anyone tell us that we have no patients. Personally, the Government should pay interest on retro pay. JMHO

I owed the VA about 200 bucks back in the 1970's from G.I. Bill and they hounded me for it. They owe me about a million dollars and I don't hear a word. Interest......only for what we owe them.

Form 9 received by the Waco Regional office, October 07, 2009. Still waiting...I was told a medical opinion was holding up my review...

Form 8 sent to RO for hearing loss and tinnitus on June of 09 to be certified to the BVA still waiting.

Filed SMC CUE claim July 2004.Lack of any diagnostic code or rating for my husband's 1151/FTCA fatal IHD.Wrong DCs and ratings fo his 1151 CVA (Both are now AO SCed but still no ratings at all. Award letter Feb or March 2010.

BS, BS, BS from VARO July 2004 to Sept 2010 on the CUE claim.

Never a single mention of my considerable legal evidence.

Told transfer to BVA was eminent Sept 2010 (good -they can read there)

Sudden transfer to VA Phila Nehmer people instead -August 16, 2010

On rater's desk per Phila VARO (per Iris last week)
