Question

I Put in my claim for ptsd in June 2010. 1-26-2011 it went to decision phase. Its been with the rating board for over a month now. Anyone had this issue? I did provide them with every document that wasn't in my c-file that supports my claim. I just really need some input. This is driving me nuts.

With VA and SSD don't assume you have won your claim until you get the decision in your hand. This will save you a lot of disappointment.

Well I will be notified within 60 days by mail when my C&P is.

On another good note I finally had my 2nd mediation about the job I was denied because of the medications I am on. They are going to send me a check in 10 business days for 6 months of work which they rounded to 15k. Of course I have to take care of the taxes but at lease I got something I guess.

If you don't like your c&p exam be ready to get your own medical opinion to rebutt it. I have never had a "friendly" c&p exam.

Well, you know they have to pretend they are impartial. You know the drill. Look your worst and respond as you would on your worst day ever. Having week's growth of beard and B.O. helps.
