ptsd What Does This Mean

So I am told that both my gynecological and my anxiety issues are considered service connected, I have not recieved official word yet, ebenefits says it is "pending dispatch" The DAV tells me that now it will be sent back to the RO and I will have to have exams to figure out what the severity is to rate both of these.

Anxiety/PTSD was initially filed in 2002, I was denied during this claim and appealed it, will they go back to this date?

Gyno was filed in 2006. But I had information in my service record well before this, which date is relevant here??

I know this claim has already had long enough residency at Pittsburgh, it went through initial denial there, the RO denial, then to BVA, now it is back there. It is a 2003 claim, that was sent back to be rated on 12/30/11, just the rating part has been over 6 months now.

I wonder how social security does it, they deal with a lot more claims nationwide I think and they get out some pretty timely results right?

So July 30 made 7 months my VARO has had my grant of benefits, went into decision phase on June 4, so August 4 made 60 days in that phase. Totally ridiculous, wait and wait and wait and wait.

Finally went into notification phase, they are telling me they are waiting for approval, not real sure what that means, any one know?

as far as I know this phase is 25 days. Went into this phase on 8/13/2012.
