Question

Some questions on TBI ratings:
1.Are TBI residuals (like Tinnitus, headaches, hearing loss) rated separately from the TBI rating when discovered or noted in a C&P exam by the examiner?
2. I've read that PTSD and TBI will be combined for rating purposes. What qualifies a separate rating for PTSD and TBI? I've read that if you were knocked unconscious for more than 30 minutes, then TBI and PTSD will not be combined but kept separate. Is this true?
