xpertshot
Congratulations! I agree with your comment, Be Honest! I remember when I got my first VA award letter, it was a weird feeling for me too. I wanted to be happy but just didn't know how to anymore. Take good care of yourself and live life to the fullest!

HadIt.com Elder john999 Posted June 6, 2012 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted June 6, 2012 You can still take the college courses but just not through G.I. Bill since it makes no sense for a vet who is P&T to take these courses according to the VA. Just prepare with low profile. As far as VA is concerned you are a write off now. Do you have a spouse and dependents?
HadIt.com Elder Pete53 Posted June 6, 2012 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted June 6, 2012 Wonderful news I am very happy and agree with your comment about being honest. If they decide that you need help you have the opportunity to appeal. If not you can suggest who you want and not take someone the VA picks Good Luck PS My opinion if you can log onto ebenefits you are probably competent. jjmd
Thank you all for your great comments! My original RO was Baltimore. However, they referred the case to ST Paul, MN in April. I can't believe how fast they processed the claim. I will definitely appeal the if they find me incompetent. According to Ebenne, they opened a new claim for incompetence. It seems like they are moving that way. You guys take care !
