Question
Rottiekat
Hello to all and thank you ahead of time. A cherry here so bear with me please.
In 1992 the va decided I had chronic Ptsd due to something that happen in the first gulf war. Now they are saying I have a TBI from the same thing that happened. My question is this. Will I have to prove that the event happened. ie get buddy letters from those that were there. I am asking this because the Ptsd was bad enough that I dropped all contact with all of my old Army buddys. ( I know that was wrong but I didn't know it at the time.) I would have no idea how to find them cause my old unit has been deactivated.
Thank you again ahead of time.
