If they didn't give you P&T file a claim for P&T as long as your contentions are static, meaning they are not getting better such as spine issues such as DJD where there is no surgery or fix whatsoever or nerve damage... Hope this helps. I am in the same situation right now, about to file a claim for P&T because they did not consider it as I was under the stabilization period.
