Question

Good Morning,

Hello everyone, I have just filed an appeal, and have elected to go in front of a traveling board.  Does anyone know how long of a time-frame it will be before I actually go in front of a judge?

Respectfully,

Normally I'd say something like, pack a Lunch. This time, I think plan on 2 - 4 Birthday Cakes, is probably more appropriate.

How about posting your Claims Time-line and a redacted copy of your C & P DBQ's and Denial Letter. That would give us a much better understanding of your situation.

Your reason for not using the DRO Hearing, please?

My take on your wait. You just requested the BVA Travel Board, they take longer than the Video Hearing. Your Appeal won't be up for the "TB," until the RO Rating Dept certifies it for transfer, 1 -2+ yrs if no further N & M Evidence isn't provided.

A friend just got his notice for his BVA Video Hearing to be held next week. This was from a 2012 NOD.
