SA Equipment and Supplies

paulstrgn

Question

Now that I have been approved for SA how do I get the VA to buy my supplies and replace my CPAP from time to time?

Do I go to the VA hospital to do this? If so, do I need to worry about the VA trying to say my SA is getting better and try to reduce me?

I have never had the VA give me anything (meds, supplies, etc) before. I get all my meds through the military since I am retired.

Thanks for your responses.

I got the regional director email for Roanoke from one of Berta's post. I also emailed the Chief of Staff for the VA and I took a chance at hers (which worked) about my BVA case and the same day I emailed her I received an email from the Chairman of the Board for the BVA (she even cc the Chief of Staff) fixing my case.

Most emails with the VA is the first name and last name. First.Last@VA.gov. So far I have been lucky.

I guessed on the emails but since I work for the government I had an idea on the format that it might be in.

I just looked and it was actually the assistant director at Roanoke I had emailed and not the director.
