could some hadit experts look at the recent combined rating for  PTSD and TBI. Do we need to get a second opinion could anyone give us a recommendation for an expert for getting TBI and PTSD separated

Or in my case they can try to pin tbi issues due to alcohol and mj use.  But this was only one examiners opinion.  I have 3 other opinions that state otherwise.  Yes, I have had 5 c&p's for ptsd and 3 for tbi in the last 2 years.  That'll teach me to put in for an increase with outside ime/nexus/dbq.

@El Train, I am sorry to hear that you have had that experience.  In most cases "don't rock the boat" is a cop out by VSO's that want to get you out of their office.  I will say that if you give the VA a reason not to like you they will go after you whole hog.  I did this when I asked for TDIU and would not take no for an answer  I wound up with the threat of severance of a protected disability and the reduction of a protected rating.  The VA plays hardball by their own rules sometimes.
