Question

I am getting ready to submit an additional claim for an increase with a current condition and I see various doctors at  veterans clinic.

Will the C&P examiner,  VA regional office/VA rater and etc. have access to these or do I need to copy and submit in claim?

I’m not a phone person, completely different position. Their clearance is considerably less. They can’t see claims. Ever. I can.

agree to disagree in the rest.

I didn’t forget but that’s okay , it won’t happen again, for anyone. I specially ask the few times I do that for the poster not to advertise because I’m not dial a claim and I can decide whether it not to assist someone. Problem solved, no more worrying about that.

moving on…

(I AM NOT A RATER- I work the claims BEFORE they are rated, annotating medical evidence in your records, VA and Legal documents,  and DA/DD forms- basically a paralegal/vso/etc except that I also evaluate your records based on Caluza and try to justify and schedule the exams that you go to based on whether or not your records have enough in them to warrant those)

If I may, We are all on the same side, differences in opinions are great, these differences allow us, whether as a whole or in part, to analyze the information and put it to good use.  Each situation while similar in some circumstances to others are not going to yield the same results, human error, will always play a part, the systems will do theirs as well, it is up to us together as a community from all sides to decipher that Sh#!.  I'm not trying to take sides, just trying to diffuse a misunderstanding.  Heated emotions can sometimes cloud the overall goal.  We are stronger united.  That's all that I wanted to convey.

No need to out an asset!

These post need to be removed,

Soon,

Facts are facts and the truth is just that the truth. I was just responding to someone calling me a liar, saying that my post was misleading (LYING). A person that did not participate in a conversation, does not know what was said or not said and that was my point.  If my post on 2/3/2022 was misleading, how could I had received a request for assisting me sometime in year 2021, several months prior? Please don’t respond to this question, just think about it. I post here like others, and I know we can get it wrong but to call me a liar or that my post is misleading after you acknowledge that you could help my situation and discredit my post, is the real lie that misleads. I feel that I also am an asset that help a lot of veterans in posting and I feel that my experience was not misleading or lying, those are/were the facts that happened.

My intentions are to help, my advice maybe wrong, be your own advocate and know what is in your C-File and the 38 CFR that governs your disabilities and conditions.

Do your own homework. No one knows the veteran’s symptoms like the veteran. Never Give Up.

I do not give my consent for anyone to view my personal VA records.

*sigh* I didnt call you a liar. I said 800-827-1000 phone people are not within any chain of command when it comes to claims, nor are their supervisors. Thats just the way it is. The offer to help you has nothing to do with it and I don't know why you even brought it up. /out on this topic

Why can't we just get alone. Like the 70's group "War". Why can't we be friends.

Hadit is a great site for advice and educational purpose for claims etc only. Not for personal background or occupation.

Me personally, we are all strangers to one another, I will never state what I do or who I work for. Maybe it's another one of VA's secret weapons. Who knows.

If you work for the VA, that's your business. Keep it between you and your organization.
