1. Pending decision approval?

   My Status for my Claim recently moved from preparation for decision, to Pending decision approval. Is this a good thing? Its nice to see the word approval.

   Ok they gave hubby a 20% extra on his on diabetes, remand kidney disability and they are linking it with his cads. Because that is what he has 60% for now. Remand on iu, which they want him to file for. they did this on the 13th of July. So should they start to pay him for that? They are not showing increase on ebennies. We found out per his Vso. I’m assuming since it is not on ebennies it will probably be another month. Or will they hold that up and wait for the Iu to be approved or disapproved.? His remand is in Cheyenne Wyoming. His regional office is St. Pete.

5. Where to find the phone number for eBenefits

   Can anyone please tell me where to find the phone number to eBenefits? The status of my appeal hasn't been updated since a month ago. Has anyone else noticed the same thing? I would like to ask them how often they update and why mine hasn't been done. Thank you in advance for any help as it's greatly appreciated and best wishes to everyone!

6. What are they doing

   I recently submitted a claim for hypertension secondary to my sc ddd lumbar. I went online and see the claim reads, "anxiety increase and sleep apnea new." I'm rated for anxiety but didn't ask for an increase. I filed a sleep apnea claim but was denied a fee months ago. What are they doing? Anyone have this happen to them? Again, all I claimed was the hypertension.

7. Dev Letter Replied To But No "proof"

   The new eBennies format looks promising but may have a built-in problem in my case. Since they don't show items uploaded before the 25th of January (2015), I have no way of knowing whether a response I sent to a dev letter was received. The ones still open that said "Needed" in the description, I uploaded and already have a "Reviewed" notation (meaning VA received it). The one I replied to remains open and I tried to re-upload my response but get an error message ("unknown upload error"). I'm almost certain I uploaded prior to the Jan 25th cutover, but eBennies doesn't know that. Should I tell VA to decide my claim or mail the reply and wait... and wait? :-)

8. E-Benifits Still Gone

   K I guess I just need to vent. a while back my claim for IU disappeared from E-Benefits. It still shows my claim for my daughter in College. I called when it first happened and was told to call back in 2 weeks if it was still not there. I've received the same information every time I've called per their instruction and was told it is in the decision making process and the normal script of " My Regional Office has an average time of etc.,etc." They are well passed their average time and I feel like our life is on hold. Right now what I receive is enough to cover Family Health insurance and my mortgage payment. I'm done. just pissed!

9. New To Hadit... Needing Assistance With How To Proceed With Claim

   Hello Hadit.com Members, I am new to the site, but I have reviewed a lot of information throughout the different forums and I must say the collaborated efforts to assist an in need fellow veteran is refreshing. 10. AB8 wrong percentage / right dollar amount?

    Hey guys, ‘so I’ve had a claim in since November for an increase and a new claim. It’s currently at PDA. I checked my AB8 just out of curiosity and impatience. The percentage is lower then I had before but the monthly dollar amount is still the same as before. Is this common? I know everyone will say wait for the BBE but I just couldn’t help myself. I read the notes from the comp and penn and one additional rating that I should be getting will move me up, that’s IF they used the bilateral factor for my sciatica nerves. I’m already rated for back with secondary ratings for both left and right nerves. thanks steve

12. MGUS Question

    Is there a rating for MGUS, or smoldering Myeloma? Is technically is not cancer but precancer. It causes lots of health problems and was wondering if I could get a rating for this.

13. Form 21-4138

    Has anyone followed Veterans Law Blog that states not to use the Form 21-4238 for statements? I have not heard anyone until recently say that using form 21-4138 is useless. Anyone have knowledge of this?
