1. E-Benefits Dmdc 404 Error

   Anyone else getting a DMDC 404 file not found error on e-bennies? Not the usual site down message a DOD DMDC error.

3. Foia Request - Electronic Submission - Turned In 1Day

   I'll believe it when I see it, but my FOIA request for the mystery claim (I didn't file and don't know the contentions) turned via email to the VA FOIA center (ATL VARO) in ONE DAY. Again, I'll believe it when I see it.

4. What Shows First? Under C&p Or Just Bank Sends Deposit

   Whats your take on this? Not sure how responsive Ebenefits is. Right how, says its Pending Notification since May 28 but still no white or brown envelope has arrived. So will call 800 again tomorrow. IRIS replies seem to take a week or two with really not much info received. I've been reading that envelopes have arrived and shortly, meaning next or same day, pay shows in the bank. But has anyone noticed if payments show in Ebenefits under Payments first?

5. tdiu Is Ebenefits Accurate?

   Filed a compensation claim for (adjustment disorder with depressed mood (now claimed as bipolar condition) (Increase), unemployability ) On 12/17/2010. Currently rated at a 70% combined SC. Had C&P done Oct 2011. All Medical Evidence including C&P has been submitted according to "Peggy". Ebenefits shows "Gathering of Evidence" and "What we still need from you". Spoke with REP at the 1000 number several weeks ago and he claimed 13 months was extremely long to be in Gathering stage. This is a pretty simple cut and dry. 2 questions: 1) Is ebennies accurate? 2) Is 13 months an inordinate amount of time to be in the Gathering stage. Thanks in advance for you commen…

6. C & P Exams Dumb Question

   Veterans. :) Good afternoon. I have a rather dumb question. Can C&P results be seen through e benfits. Also, if I ask for a copy of the first c & p results can i be put "back in line?". I have another shoulder exam next month and I still havent gotten out of the decision phase. Actually, e benfits show back in gathering of evidence phase. Thanks guys.

7. Difference Between Extra & Regular Schedular Standards

   Question is what the difference,and how does it effect your rating. Im 100% for bilat. hearing loss,My rating decision says my daughter will get Dependents Edc. Assistance, 38USC chapter 35,and the last statment on the decision says Basic eligibility Edc. Assistance is deried from a vet. who was discharged other then dishonorale conditions. Basic Eligibility to dependents assistance is granted as the evidence shows the veteran currently has a total service connected disability, permanent in nature. here is the proplem The chicago oficce says I am 100% rated not P&T. is ther a difference in rating between extra and regular that would cause them to say I not P&T. 8. Question Is There A Time Limit On Sighing Your Wife Up On Champs

   Got 100% P%T back in 1999, had insurance wear I work.I'm retired now 64 years old,wife is 69. Now the place i retired from has booted our insurance and we have to pay $600.00 a month for coverage,I never sighed her up on Champsva,is ther a time limit for doing so? Can I still get coverage for her under Champsva. thanks for the help

9. 1/15/2014 When The Va May Get To My Claim For Benefits

   I received a note today from Ebenefit that the VA won't get around to see my claim until 1/15/2014 . Should I called the US President? I wish you well in getting your claim soon. God bless you.

10. tdiu Change In Verification Letter On Ebenefits

    **** AB4 Letter I noticed the percentage went away as noted in the previous topic. However, looking at my verification letter, it use to read that i was more than 30% service-connected (I'm 80% combined). Now the letter reads I'm at least 10% service connected but not more than 30%. I have a pending claim for tdiu with 70% major depression, 10% Lknee, 10% Rknee, and 10% sinusitus. Can anyone give me a clue as to what could be going on? On ebenefits, my claim had progressed to "pending desicion approval" and today it is back at "review of evidence". I know the claim can go back and forth in status, but I'm concerned that the only document showing my percentage on e…

11. Is My Wife Covered On Champsva Insurance

    I am 100% rated,regular schedular standards,The va says I am not P&T,but they gave educational assistance to mydaughter.My rating decision states you have to be P&T to get this benifit,My question is my wife insurable on champsva insurance.

13. Disability Percent Gone From Va Letter

    Just noticed today that the percentage is now gone from the VA disability verification letter. Kept an older copy just a few months old which shows it. Anyone else see this??
