She thinks i might have adult add that was never diagnosed from childhood, and she think this might be the cause of the anxiety. Will this hurt my claim at all. Full Grant ?
I called for a status on my claim, it was rated Nov 19th 2007 and now I m told that it was sent to the regional office for the post determination work. It sat idle at the AMC for almost two months. The 800 # answerer told me that it was a full grant. Does that simply mean that I have finally been service connected or does it mean they granted everything I requested. Through my SO contact in Washington DC, I was told that I was service connected at 10%, a low ball figure, with a effective date of Nov 2001. I asked for a much earlier effective date. Paul

Neverdull Use And Peeling Hands
Hi when I was in bootcamp we used to use Neverdull to polish brass and shine belt buckles, and I was seen in bootcamp for peeling hands, since bootcamp I have had peeling palms and fingertips around twice a year, that gets really bad and sore, down to the newest skin, doesn't bleed though. I was later diagnosed with DYshidrosis in 2003 in the military. I was just wondering, I believe its from the use of neverdull. I never had this before bootcamp. Does anyone know of neverdull causing this skin condition on the hands, like I said its recurrent twice a year. please let me know if anyone else has this problem. I am thinking about putting in a claim for dyshidrosis.

Chances For Successful Claim?
I'm still kind of new around here, but am learning a lot through everyone's experience. I'm a young vet myself, and I wish I could have served longer than the couple of years that I did. I went through a med board and was medically retired with 30% from the Army for asthma that occured during LOD (bad, bad case of pneumonia that I left untreated for too long while in the field). I didn't get rated for any other conidtions, but it was noted that my pes planus and allergic rhinitis occured during LOD. Other than asthma, I was never treated too much for the other conditions. I got some medications for the rhinitis, and motrin for the pain caused by the pes planus. …

Ime From The Other Psychiatrist I Have Spoke Of
Berta, John 999, Pete, everyone, if push comes to shove, should I use this IME- not the best, don't know if Dr. Crowley can get his IME to the Judge in time. Just spoke to Carrie Clark and she said she wanted to know why everyone was rushing my claim so much. Said she was going to investigate and call me back. Someone wants me out of the system fast! I need to get past the Personality Disorder not otherwise Specified. This Psychiatist did his studies in the West Indies and I picked up a copy, some how they called and had located the purged record. The office had scheduled me for another appointment. He does not do IME'S. This one was done 3 months after the …

Reconsideration Vs Dro Review
Can someone explain the difference between a DRO review and a reconsideration? It seems like you get the same result with either one. We think we have decided to file for reconsideration on the recent rating my husband received. There are multiple issues that we feel were rated incorrectly. We think this happened possibly because of an inexperienced rated or just too many issues on one claim.I How should the reconsideration papers/letter be organized. Most important to least important? Is it best to ask for the reconsideration on everything together or to ask for each issue to be look at seperately? Thanks

ptsd Sleep Apnea & Ptsd
I have filed a claim for Sleep Apnea secondary to and/or aggravated to service connected PTSD. I have had the C&P exam for the Sleep Apnea and will be going to see my Plumonary Specialist next Monday as a follow-up after receiving my CPAP 2 months ago. At this time I will get an opinion and rationale from him. Is there anyone on this forum that has had a similar claim? I was wondering if anyone has any BVA or CAVA cases pertaining to this. Or any medical abstracts, or ANYTHING ELSE that may help. Thanks, Ruffcreek

Anyone Out There Desire To Change The Process?
Hi, I realize that you all must be laughing hysterically at this post. Thinking that this guy must be joking or extremely naive. Well, I'm not joking, just disgusted. As I browse the internet seeking assistance about veterans issues, I'm really appalled by the injustices that many of us face in our pursuit of benefits. I've decided that I'm going to dedicate a major portion of my time and limited resources to ensuring that this stops. There is NO reason that this process takes so long. Call it apathy or lethargy, take your pick. I call it an " American Tragedy". Our elected officials have the power to change this and with everbodies help, I think we can get them t…
