tdiu Just When You Think You Have Seen It All
After receiving a letter from the Board of Veterans Appeal denying an increase for my back on Monday, I received a letter today stating because of my statements I should have claimed TDIU "As this claim has not been ajudicated by the RO, the Board refers this issue to the RO for development and adjudication." it states. This too was mailed to my old address and then re-mail to me after it was returned to sender just like the appeal decision. I won't be holding my breath on this one!

Poa's Sensitive Information
Hey all, I hope everyone is well today. What would you do or what recourse do you think a person would have if all their medical, social security, and VA file stuff was being sent to another person, or government agency? I recently switched my POA and filled out all the forms more than 10 times now, faxed two of em personally, and my lawyer has done the same, the rest were all certified mail to them with the stamp on it. So far everything that I receive still has the CC enclosures that it is going to a veterans commission instead of my lawyer. I have contacted them about it and they say they fixed it that was months ago, still having the same problem. My lawyer not rec…

What Are The Rules When You Are Receiving C & P And
Hi All, Does anyone know the rules about when you are receiving a high % of compensation for service connected disabilities and still drilling in a reserve military unit? I know that you can't collect both money from the VA and military. My question deals with the fact that if you have a high rating, doesn't the VA expect you to retire your medical career? My military job is basically just stitting on a chair using a PC all day. Joe

Josephine!
OMG! Recently I told you it shouldn't matter if they label your condition a personality disorder - because you should be allowed the presumption of soundness and the presumption of aggravation. CHECK THAT OUT VERY THROUGHLY!!! I ran across this when I was looking up ratings. It looks as though they DO NOT give compensation for personality disorders UNLESS you can show they were CAUSED by a service connected disease or injury. So it doesn't look like they grant the presumption of soundness or aggravation IF your DIAGNOSIS is a personality disorder. And I doubt they will say an in service injury CAUSED a personality disorder. And it doesn't look like they grant benefi…
