So And Poa Question-anyone Know?
Anybody know? When we moved from Calif. to Texas 2 months ago -we were told my husbands claim was in with the raters in Calif. We went to the TVC office and they said we should transfer the file here to texas. Long story short the file is now in Texas. The question is, when the SO here in Texas called the WACO office to see where the file is he called, I believe someone at the VARO. The person on the phone said something to the SO and he responded back over the phone, "theres no POA in the file?". He didn't say anything about it to us. I got to thinking about it. Although we have never talked to or had contact with the AL- they were our POA as the county service …

Also i am opening a claim for my right knee pain due to service. He also diagnosed me with Hypertension due to my medical records and after service records. I just need your opinion an my chances for service connection for: R-shoulder (secondary to Left) L-Shoulder (Increase ev…

ptsd Hearing Loss & Tendinitis, & Vertigo
I wear hearing aides in both ears. about 80% loss left ear, about 50% right ear, and vertigo nearly all the time. I have read alot on hadit on this subject, so pulled My medical records and they do have hearing testing on them. I can see there was some loss of hearing during my tour. My scanner is broken so I will type them out and see if It's enough loss to file a claim. I don't have all my medical records but do have one instance where I went to the clinic twice. complaining of my hearing. The first time they cleaned my ears, and went back in two days and was pronounced healed. Maybe someone can tell me if I should file a claim. The va does furnish my hearing aides sinc…

Can`t Do Anymore
I have worked and worked on my appeal and new claims, both submitted in September this year. Now I can`t think of anything else to do. Since finding Hadit I`ve been encouraged and taught how to supply evidence and have done so. Its a strange feeling not having anything else to work on except waiting. Anyone else have this feeling? Agent Orange ( Defoliant)
I know for many of you Vets, the Viet Nam war started in 1964. How-be-it, Many of us know from experance it started long befor then, But thats another topic for another day. I have done alot of research trying to reconstruct events of my own expearances. At worst its a good read kkp 5. Diem gravely concerned over deterioration situation southern Laos in recent months and would of course like to see action taken to clean up that area. Any decision on …
