How Long After Compensation & Pension Exam To See Results/notes And Where Do I Look?
I had my C & P exam on March 13. I've been checking the "notes" Section of MyHealtheVet for the notes from my exam, but they still aren't there. I've seen plenty on here that have seen them less than a week after the exam. Am I looking in the wrong place? How do I access the notes via ebenefits? Thank you for your help.

lumbosacral C & P For Spinal Fusion
Hi everyone, I'm currently rated 10% for Lumbosacral Strain. In November, I had a spinal fusion at the L4-L5 level for severe disc herniation. My Surgeon issued me a limitation statement saying that I am restricted from performing forward flexion. This movement would disturb the hardware, the new bone growing around it, and would place added strain on the level above it. It is also painful. I'm wondering if the C & P examiner will mark my ROM testing as "incomplete." Will they use the restriction against me? Thanks everyone, this site is wonderful! Camela PO1, USN(Ret)

tdiu C&p Oddity
Greetings all, I was awarded SC @ 70% for various issues. My examiner entered that I was employed full time at the time of my exam, which I was not. She also put in there that my conditions do prevent me from pursuing substantially gainful employment. Do these contradict each other? I have applied for TDIU back on Dec. 1st and, of course, don't expect immediate results. Will the seeming contradiction affect the TDIU decisíns? Thank you.

Va Examiner Notes Additional Conditions In C&p Examination
Howdy All, It's been a while since I've been on here, and I wanted to share that I finally got my C-File copy that I requested way back in February of 2013. I ended up finding the military and civilian medical records of four other individuals tucked inside, about 89 pages worth, and found that a majority of my own SMR's and civilian medical records were missing. I'm working on that through my appellate process, and I'll keep y'all posted. It does look like the C-File is missing most of my separation physical examination testing and report documentation though. I was able to reconstruct a bit with copies that I had and have since forwarded on to the VA, along with a l…

New Guy Here. Preperation For Decision
First time here. Served 9 years Navy as a Damage Controlman. Waited 3 years and filed and got my initial rating of 10% for right ankle sprain, 10% for lower back and 10% for upper back. I went for a rate increase in 2008 and the made the back 20% and the ankle 10%. 30% again. I did not know what to do so I put it in my file and let it gather dust. In January of 2015 I submitted for a rate increase do to nerve pain and not being able to walk or stand when flared up. I went to the private doc for VA eval 2 days ago, he did not have me do range of motion due to me not being able to bend due to the pain. He wrote me a note for my VA doc that I don't have in front o…

C & P Exam Yesterday For Bi-Lateral Hip Arthritis, Let Me Know What You Think...
My notes from my 18th of May 2015 C & P Exam This female doctor is the same one I had in 2009 in West Haven, CT. At that exam in 2009 she was a totally different person, I dont know if its the pressure from the system is put upon her, but I know she was the one that was frazzled. To start off I applied for 3 new items. Left (secondary to all other ailments) and right (was present within 2 months of retiring) hip arthritis and IBS. The IBS was never mentioned at the exam as I had my colonoscopy done by a military doctor and he filled out the VAs form which stated that I had this during service and was in the Persian Gulf during the conflict. The doctor from the very …
