1. ptsd C&p Exam Nod Exam 7/2/15 Ptsd Increase

   I was turn down for ptsd and filed a NOD in 2013 and recd 30% 2014 and filed a NOD a NOD 7/14 for increase.. Im taking 200 mg of trazdone for sleep. 60 mg prozac for depression , 1mg of zanax p/day and 1 mg of prazosin p/day for nightmares. I dont know if im going to be rated on dsm4 or dsm5 and my gaf is 45 and dianosed for ptsd several yrsychiatrist and pshchologist. --hypr viglance,np intersest,anger outbursts,severe anxiety attacks,nightmares,intrusive thoughts hpervigilant,easily startled and mood flat. 4. ptsd Has Anyone Ever Had Ptsd Claim Added Or Flagged File For Eval?

   I just recently stumbled across sexual ptsd and after many years couldn't believe I finally could relate to why I have the feelings I do. Been seeking help and not getting better, just worse. Got out of military with a dx of bipolar adjustment disorder with anxiety, depressed mood and sleep disturbances. This was after what they would call a "stressor" via mst by ex husband. I didn't know about it until recently. Enlisted with waiver after being sexually abused for 4 years by my father which I then reported and he was sent to prison.    Hello, I have just recently stumbled on this site while searching for answers... About 5-6 years ago, I applied for PTSD compensation. I was awarded something like 10% at that time. During my C&P, two things I was told affected the low ball on this. The first being that I was never awarded my CMB, although I should have been more than once. The second was that I was getting good grades in school while working a full time job. The examiner had questioned why I did not even receive a CAB, I am guessing that he did not know that as a medic this was not something I could have earned. 6. ptsd Just Completed 4 C&p Exams-What To Expect?

   Vietnam USMC vet with VA claims for: PTSD Hearing loss Tinnitus Vertigo TBI Scars Knee wound Just completed all the C&P exams. Knee wound from shrapnel, severed quad tendon/head wound in fall from helicopter are documented in my SMR. C&P doc stated that my knee wound was severe, could not even bend my leg at C&P exam. Have scars on knee and head. Knocked unconscious and suffered amnesia after head wound for 14 days. Diagnosed with PTSD/TBI at VA med center. VA issued hearing aids for hearing loss. VA doctor said that my vertigo is not from ear injury but "possible brain injury." What should I expect now? I filed in April of 2014.

7. C&p Vs Dbq

   Evening fellow vet's. Well my problem is this I had a C&P and the one question that ask is.Does the vet's problem hinder with employment the answer was NO.OK Now on the DBQ it ask the same question. And answered was YES. Vet has been on SSDI since 2009.Now both was done by same Quack.

8. Low Rating On My C N P Doctor Help

   I have my c n p exam next week an after I search for my doctors I found out that dr dyal ( salisbury nc va)has a really low rating (example would you recommend this doctor to family 1, out of 5, do you trust this doctors advice 1 out of five) the rest of the rating was below national average. Any advice about seeing this doctor? Now im really worried!

9. Adding Ptsd To Bipolar Adjustment Disorder

   Hello all, new here. Have questions. I've already opened a new claim and am awaiting my exam, so I think I have to wait to open a new claim after this one closes for an increase in rating for bipolar adjustment disorder w/ anxiety and depressed mood (also claimed as sleep disorder) which I'm service connected disabled with rating of 30%. This was given after I was honorably discharged in 2007 when enlistment was up after 4 years. My mental health has gotten so much worse. 10. Fear Of Violence- Ig Response Re: C & P Results

    You all know that a QTC C & P exam wont be released until after VARO makes a decision. This prevents veterans from potentially overcoming a C & P with more evidence prior to the decision being made. This seems the case however for maybe even non QTC C & P results. Even if the vet has already tried to obtain an IMO prior to the decision, the IMO doctor has nothing to medically rebutt,because he/she cannot get a copy of the exam from the VA either. 11. Complete Psych Test After Psych C&p Exam?

    I just finish my psych C&P exam. After I finished the doctor stated I must be scheduled for a "Complete Psych Test"...Which will take 3 to 4 hrs. Taking this type of test is this normal after a psych C&P exam? What exactly is a "Complete Psych Test" Should I be worried?

    I RECENTLY SUBMITTED A CLAIM FOR SLEEP APNEA .......I COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT MY SLEEPING ISSUES AND BEING TIRED AND MY WIFE COMPLAINING ABOUT MY SNORING ..I HAD A SLEEP STUDY DONE WHILE ON ACTIVE DUTY 2012 AND THE RESULTS CAME BACK THAT I DIDN'T HAVE SLEEP APNEA BUT I DID HAVE A SLEEPING DISORDER...I WAS GIVEN THE SNORING MOUTHPIECE , LUNESTA , AND....METHACARBAMOL TO HELP WITH THE SLEEP DISORDER BUT IT ONLY WORKED FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS I HAD THE MOUTHPIECE ADJUSTED AND STILL WAS TIRED DURING THE DAY AND WIFE STILL COMPLAINED ABOUT ME SNORING ......AFTER I GOT OUT I KEPT TALKING TO MY DOC ABOUT MY SLEEP ISSUES AND ASKED FOR ANOTHER SLEEP…

13. C N P Exam Next Week ( Do I Bring My Mri Reports)

    Im having my c n p exam next week, shouldd I bring my medical diagnosis from the mri an.mental health findings? My last exam was 6 years ago an I dont think he looked at anything in my records, just asked questions an rom test. Any input would be greatly appreciated, ive file for tui an I know its hard to get.
