well of course there has to be a connection between your service and the disability claimed, whether they use the term nexus or not. i have had several claims for disability compensation over the years, i have found the VA to be very helpful, very unhelpful, sometimes so compassionate it nearly brought tears to my eyes, sometimes intimidating, sometimes competent, sometimes incompetent. like i've said before i think it just depends, i do not hold to the theory that the va is out to screw with every veteran, though i do believe that they have screwed a lot of veterans, sometimes on purpose, sometimes due to incompetence, sometimes with malice. it just depends

Now e-mails are surfacing that claim to be from the FBI in London. These e-mails note the following information: An individual was recently arrested for the murders of several United States and United Kingdom citizens in relation to this matter. The recipient's information was found on the subject identifying the recipient as the next victim. The recipient is requested to contact the FBI in London to assist with the investigation. It is not uncommon for an Internet fraud scheme to have the same overall intent but be transmitted containing variations in the e-mail content, e.g., different names, e-mail addresses, and/or agencies reportedly involved. ok well i had a programmer do the header and change all the widths to liquid so that would work regardless of resolution. but clearly this didn't work for everyone. i sent him an email and will await his reply. i think it is probably a small fix, but i'll let you know when he responds. i know i had it right before, but this css has got me confused which is why i hired someone who knows about it. sorry about the trouble.

in your c-file is there the application they are saying they don't have? that may be your proof. though i'm of the opinion if they ask for it a second time i give to it to them a second time so that work doesn't stand in place on my claim, then you can work on the issue of an earlier effective date based on your original application. does this make sense?

i am tweaking somethings so the main site and the menu above the forum may change a bit. right now i've taken the main website menu down from the top of the forum, untill i tweak so more stuff. but it will be back up as soon as i get things squared away.
